Brilliant sofa, came in multiple deliveries over 3 days but worth the wait. Super comfy but slightly firm. It’s pretty easy to put together & lightweight, so great to move about for cleaning, love how many storage bits there are (plenty space if you’re big kids like me & hubby who collect Pokemon cards & want to hide the best ones from the kids🤣). Haven’t found a fault with it yet thanks very much :)

I am absolutely thrilled with this couch! For the price, the quality is fantastic and it looks beautiful in our living room. It's incredibly comfortable for daily use, and we especially love the added functionality. It opens up easily and has been perfect for movie nights with the family and for accommodating overnight guests. It's a great, versatile piece of furniture that we enjoy very much. However, what truly sets this purchase apart is the EXCELLENT customer service provided by the seller. After the standard 30-day return window had closed, I encountered a minor issue with a part on the couch. I reached out to the seller not expecting much, but they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They immediately helped me troubleshoot the problem and, without any hesitation or hassle, shipped a replacement part to me right away. The new part arrived quickly and instantly solved the issue! This level of support after the sale is rare and deeply appreciated. It shows that the seller truly stands behind their product. I highly recommend this couch not just for its great value and comfort, but because you can be confident that this seller will take care of you. A 5-star product backed by 5-star service!

This checked ticked a lot of the boxes - Sofa bed, L-shaped couch, with storage. Plus, the side pockets, side storage, and charging ports, and glass/tumbler holder are great added features! Instructions were easy to follow. But we found the assembly of the back rest to be more difficult than others. I like how you can choose whether the L-shape is on the right or left side of the couch. Overall, looks great in our living room.

This sofa is great value for money! Its very easy to assemble, comfortable and looks great. The fabric is soft and the pull out is smooth. There was an extra little storage compartment under the pull out section, which was a lovely surprise! The sofa comes in 3 boxes, which might not arrive on the same day. One of my boxes was delivered and left at the entrance of my building, where it was then stolen from. I contacted the seller, Joanna from customer service replied promptly, apologised on behalf of the courier, reassuring me that this was not the level of service they operate with. She sent a new replacement box, with signature requirement to make sure it didn't happen again. Mistakes happen, but its the way they are handled that matters and this was flawless. I highly recommend both the sofa and the seller.

One star for exprexx delivery even if he is only acting postman. Weak instructions and faulty sofa. I am 75 and disabled therefore I brought 2 handyman to get is put together and make some improvements. instructions said 1/2 hour but we coulldnt for nearly 2 hours until we established that it was faulty and needed some more alterations. It couldnt be right side but could left side than there was level discrepancy because one side metal slots were missing and we had to put up to make sofalevel from both side. Urgent tel communication proved to be impossible as no telephone was possible because 14 year of my Amazok customer service kept on saying send e mail and will respond in 48 hours. I couldnt be sure if it was a person ot outomated A! talking parrotwise. Result cost me extra £150 for the 2 handyman and 3 hours of stresfull time as option of free return wasn't on offer and Amazon failed me for the first time in 14 years. i DO NOT RECCOMEND TRUSTING OR RELYINGTO THIS COMPANY. PS. sofa was supposed to be 499 but paid 539 because was supposed to be assisted in placing which was also non existent.

The sofa is amazing!!! Had troubles with the delivery company but the seller was amazing at communicating with me and trying to get this delivered as soon as possible Easy to built. Me and my partner built it in about 2 1/2 hours so not too bad!!! So so company!!! And it’s huge which is just what I wanted!!! Comfy and looks amazing will definitely buy from this company again!!

Sofa is good, we like the way it comes and together. Unfortunately the parts that we pull from underneath to make it a bed is hire than the rest of the sofa and is also narrow then the space that is got. And it comes out of the corners that are supposed to hold it in place. Apart of that issue there is nothing else. Is all good and it fits well.

First the cons, these relate to the description that doesn't mention to my knowledge the fact it comes in 3 heavy boxes. Pay attention to this because delivery company doesn't have to carry these heavy boxes to your apartment. I had mine delivered to my front porch and instructions were correctly followed. Now for the sofa itself, this is a brilliant sofa for the price it cost. Comfortable, sturdy and not hard to assemble. Easier to be done by 2 people but a handy person can do it alone. Packing is clever, instructions easy to follow and overall is a comfy spacious sofa with good storage and 4 USB ports (2 on each side). Bed folds easily.

The sofa is very functional and looks quite presentable. The cushions are a bit firm but not uncomfortable. You get what you pay for… The assembly instructions are a little confusing, but once you figure them out, it's relatively easy. In short, if you're looking for an affordable and functional sofa, this is an excellent option!

Really great for the price, putting it together wasn’t too bad however there were some small errors in the instructions, but we didn’t have any trouble putting together despite that. It’s comfortable and has a lot of storage space, we’re really enjoying it!

It's a good product for the price. I got mine during the Prime Day sale and I love this couch. It is not flimsy nor luxurious. You will get what you paid for, trust me. For those who have their parts detached very often, you did not put this thing together properly, otherwise it should hold up pretty sturdy. A rug under the sofa is very helpful.
