Helps pull shoulders back so they are not rolling forward. The small fits my 12 year old son and myself, I'm a small to medium frame and wear a size 4 dress if that helps with sizing. It's not that comfortable to wear under your clothes but over a thin t-shirt is fine.

I have curling shoulder and thought this posture corrector would be great and will help me correct my posture. I’m wearing it for a week now and so far, so good. It’s easy to wear, compact so you can bring around wherever you want, and lightweight but seems effective. My shoulders are pulled back to the correct position, so hopefully I can get my posture fixed and be like it without wearing it soon. I have been using other posture corrector with the waist band as well, which do offer a bit more support in my opinion, although some people may not like the feeling of having the waist band. So this one does a good job with just the upper half.

This brace is really comfortable! It's not bulky like the other ones so it's easy to conceal under clothing and it really does help to keep your posture in a good position throughout the day.

I'm 5'4" and considered just above petite. This looked my size, but I could see how this could be too small for something who is bigger than me. The straps are short, so it takes some flexibility to pull them off the velcro to adjust the straps to your liking. I first time I adjusted these tightly, they felt uncomfortable after a few hours. I loosened them the next time and they fit just right. Just order a bigger size if you're in doubt.

The concept of this product appealed to me, but I was unimpressed on all counts. I ordered a size small, which is my standard size for products like this, but what I received is so tiny that it seems child-sized. The center is about 4" across. This also arrived with an extremely strong, unpleasant chemical odor.When I put this on, no matter how I adjusted it, the back was up really high and would ride up higher whenever I moved. This was closer to the base of my neck than anything else, even though the product images show it going across the upper back. Also, the straps are very uncomfortable, and they dig into my underarms. I tried this multiple ways, but no matter how I loosened or tightened the straps, they dug into my back and underarms without providing any positive support.This product cannot provide any back support or assistance with back posture, since it's so tiny and sits up so high. Therefore, the only thing it can achieve is helping you keep your shoulders back. However, I didn't find this comfortable enough to use for more than a few minutes, and it's not very effective. Even though tightening the straps can help hold my shoulders back, it's a minimal difference that isn't worthwhile. The way that this digs into my underarms would only cause me to move, shift, and slump in other ways that would hurt my posture.Overall, this is poorly designed, and I don't recommend it. Even though I'm sure that it might be helpful for some people, this doesn't seem useful or worthwhile to me, and it's a serious quality issue that these run so small without any size chart or warning.

I do like this back brace because of its simplicity. You simply unvelcro and tighten and it just slips over the shoulders.However, because it is so high on the back and it simply is using your shoulders as leverage You really only get your shoulders brought back. Not correcting any hunching.However, I have used ones that wrap around the waist and they are quite uncomfortable. So I do think this is an excellent alternative. Especially because it works as a reminder to stand up straight and you can wear it under clothing.

Simple shoulder posture corrector. Sits right in your armpits if you sweat a lot. Pulls your shoulders back to prevent hunching.

This item really helped me, I wore it a few hours a day after having a stoke and alignment issues and it helped me focus on my posture.
