The most bang for your buck!!
This is the third vacuum mop I have owned. It is by far the best. I am amazed at how well it cleans my hardwood and tile floors. At first I thought, it is putting down too much water, but in reality it takes less than 5 minutes for a mopped area to be totally dry!! It also self cleans and dries the mop roller super fast compared to my last vacuum mop. On auto mode the battery easily lasts 40 minutes, maybe more. Some other items to note, super easy to fill the water, super easy to clean the dirty water tank, it is just better than any prior mop I've used. Highly recommend this vacuum mop and it's less expensive than many other brands!!

Buy it now!!!
My husband did extensive research finding a dual vacuum mop. This one came in first place when it came to comparing price and quality. We went for mopping our floors, probably once a month to mopping our floors every other day. It is so easy! At first, I was a little scared to have it run over things like decently large chunks of food on the floor that my toddler threw down, but once I realize it absolutely can do that. I really just roll over just about everything now! It has really great power and it is easy to clean. I’m giving it five stars because there’s really not much I would change about it, but the downside would be that it does sometimes get clogged and will still run and unless you manually check it there’s not a super clear way to know that there’s a bunch of hair bound up behind the roller brush. Also, there are a couple of parts to clean, but there’s this little dry filter at the top and it’s really easy to lose the bottom part that it sits in when you are cleaning it out. You just have to be careful of that! The battery life is great and we can mop our whole house and still have probably 30 or 40% left. We have a four bedroom home. It can fit under a decent amount of stuff, but you’ll still have to move some stuff around to get in those hard to reach areas such as under the couch. One other thing I’ll add is that it’s always pushing out freshwater versus a traditional mop where you have to dip it back into the dirty water bucket. It truly makes for a lot cleaner floors and the water that comes out once you’re done mopping is disgusting so we know it’s doing its job! We absolutely love it and we tell everyone about it. We seriously do use it all the time! And our floors are so much cleaner than they used to be!

Narwal S20 Pro Vacuum and Mop
I did a good bit of research before buying this vacuum mop. I had a shark hydro vac and it was ok/good but I felt like there were better options out there. Now let's talk about cleaning with the Narwal S20 pro it has 5 modes, Smart mode, Suction mode, Turbo mode, Quiet mode and when you pull the trigger MAX mode. The animated screen on the handle will tell you what the machine is doing at all times. When using the Smart cleaning mode it uses ai DirtSense techology and will detect how much dirt is on the floor and proced to clean accordingly. If it detects dirt or high dirt it will reve up the brush, cleaning solution out put and suction. It works amazing well hands down. It has a suction only mode which I haven't had to use yet because it leaves behind very little water on the floor. It has some serious suction at 20,000 Pa. It has a self propelling design with the clean water tank in the base of the unit which gives it a low center of gravity. It can lay flat at 180 degrees to get under furniture like your dining room table. If you come across a very dirty area and the Narwal detects that it's brush has become too dirty it will let you know via talking to you that it needs to be taken back to the base to clean itself. That way your not spreading dirt or bacteria around your floors. When your done cleaning with Narwal S20 pro does a smart cleaning on its self. It will detect how much cleaning it needs and gives you the time it will take to clean. It has heat bar that disinfects the brush which it calls iron drying and it reaches 149 degrees. It also will dry the filter in the dirty tank which is something I was looking for. The dirty tank has a handle to help you left it out to empty and also has a flip part to flip out the solids which is really nice. The manual says the filter in the dirty tank should last 2 to 3 months. The clean cycle is super quiet which is a huge plus. I was able to clean around 1,100 sq ft and the battery was only went down to 42 percent. So far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Was a 5 star review until about 10 uses and it cracked apart. Terrible customer service response.
I've owned this for about three months and had great success cleaning with it. A game-changer, to be honest. HOWEVER, after about 10 uses, I noticed that the dirty water tank (which is plastic, naturally) is significantly cracked all over. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I must have rinsed it with water that was too hot and the damage is due to my own negligence. Not only am I insulted, but also very upset here - the cleaning instructions (and the audio prompts on the device itself) say to rinse it to prevent bacterial growth. However, nothing is said about what temperature water to rinse with. How am I supposed to know what is "too hot" if the instructions don't say anything? Furthermore, when you're rinsing something "to prevent bacterial growth" it's a reasonable assumption that you should be using warm or hot water. If this was unsafe for the device, the instructions should clearly say so. It's not like I put it in the dishwasher or threw it across the room - I wouldn't expect it to become cracked like this from normal rinsing and cleaning. Really disappointing customer service response here especially as I've been telling anyone who will listen how great this device is. If the water was a safe temperature for my hands while I was cleaning it, I'd think it was a safe temperature for a piece of plastic. They've passed me on to another customer service department for follow-up but based on the interaction so far, I'm not confident the resolution will be different. Such an expensive device...I'm shocked.

Fantastic machine so far!
I got this a couple weeks ago to clean my apartment’s hard and laminate floors when it was on sale during Prime Day. I don’t write many reviews but I just love what it’s done so far on my floors. Its functionality doesn’t make the thought of cleaning the floors feel like so much of a drag for me anymore. That is because it has saved me a lot of time from having to vacuum and mop afterwards and it is also very intuitive. It will show on its display when you are going over dirty surfaces, even really dirty ones (they call it “High Dirt”). It will also tell you when things need to be changed (i.e. the battery is low and the vacuum needs to charged; the roller is jammed and needs to be removed to address the source of the jam, the clean water filter is low and needs to be filled again, the cleaner needs to be refilled, the roller is dirty and needs self cleaning, the dirty water filter should be cleaned to avoid bacterial growth). I knew my floors were dirty when I started using it but I couldn’t tell how dirty they were. I’ve honestly never come across anything that cleans hard surface floors like this. The dirty water filter was nearly 3/4 filled with close to pitch black dirty water about 3-4 separate times I ran over my floors the first time I used it. It also picks up a lot of hair and other debris at the same time. Cleaning the dirty water filter isn’t bad because the top half captures the solid debris and I use a paper towel or two to easily remove that. The bottom half carries the dirty water and I’ve been emptying that down the toilet. I then rinse out and gently clean the dirty water container, put it back on the base, and the thing dries the dirty water container and cleaned roller brush. My only slight challenge is it really will not stop telling you to clean a dirty roller brush until you put it back on its charging base, let it spend three minutes washing the brush, clean the dirty water tank to avoid bacterial growth, place it back on the base and wait another thirty minutes to get a dry brush and dried dirty water tank to use it again. It could be worse as I know some vacuum mop models require you to manually clean rollers brushes yourself and wait overnight for those brushes to dry for you use it again. But if your floors are really dirty as mine were previously , plan on factoring in at least an extra 2 hours to properly clean 1-2 small to medium-sized rooms. It’s a minor complaint considering my floors have never been cleaner. I do hope Narwal is developing a similar machine that will clean carpet and other fabric surfaces and allow you to use hose attachments to do the same thing on other furniture and surfaces this model it does on hard floor surfaces. Hopefully Narwal is planning to release another machine that can do just that really soon. I’ll likely shell out the money to buy that too based on my experience with this machine. It’s been fabulous for me so far!

Best Mop/Vacuum for the price out there
I purchased this product after my Tineco S7 Pro broke (Handle on it snapped). I chose this based on a lot of research and reviews over another Tineco. This is very comparable to the Tineco. However, I can clean basically my entire house on one tank of clean water with this one, where the Tineco took me 3-4 tanks, plus the Tineco would say the dirty water tank was full, and it wasn't, but the sensors would be blocked by pet hair. (Full disclosure, I have 2 dogs, including a Golden retriever, so lots of shedding). The Tineco picks up pet hair better in my opinion, and it suctions it better through the vacuum, where with the Narwall, the pet hair accumulates around the brush cover (doesn't get tangled in the brush, but bigger clumps don't get sucked up as well as with the Tineco). Cleaning is about the same... both very straight forward and simple. I do love the cleaning solution tank on the Narwall, where you just fill it and don't have to worry about it until you add more. That is a very nice feature. Overall, in my opinion, while both are very good, the fact that the Narwall S20 is a couple hundred dollars cheaper, has the brush drying feature with the self clean, I would definitely recommend this product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it does not suction pet hair as well as the Tineco does, and it gets stuck around the brush cover. It's easy to clean when you empty the dirty water tank, but would definitely give 5 stars if it sucked the hair up as well as the Tineco S7 Pro does.

Amazing Cleaner
This cordless vacuum mop is absolutely great. I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now and it is wonderful. I’ve had 2 Bissel mop and vacs before this and they were pretty good, but never great. This Narwhal is light, no cord to get in the way, a separate container for the cleaner(so it automatically mixes the correct amount of cleaner with the water—no more putting too much cleaner which makes the floor sticky), it propels itself forward( and not hard to pull it back), and the cleaning is so much easier. It cleans itself and dries the roller as well(all you have to do is clean the filter and dirty water which is so much easier to clean. My back doesn’t hurt after I’m finished mopping like it always did with the Bissel. I wish I had known about this wonderful product sooner

It does all that it says. I love it.
I am thrilled I got this! I read all the reviews and was a little worried, but so far I love it. It cleans well. My floor is dry in about a minute. It does seperate the gunk from the dirty water which is great. I have a crazy amount of cat hair from my two cats, and I have long hair. (wykyk.) Sweeping alone or vacuuming would never get even a 16th of what this gets. The self cleaning is awesome! I'm amazed at how much cat hair is in the tank to dump after the self cleaning has finished. All that would normally be stuck on the brush or in the pipes. No hair is ever wrapped around the brush. A full battery life is good enough for me to do my kitchen, pantry, living room, family room, and bathroom on smart mode while still using turbo and max enhancement where needed. The instructions are easy to understand and thorough. The box comes with a bottle of soap, a cleaning brush, an extra filter, and an extra roller brush. The weight is very light. It's extremely easy to maneuver around. It cleans right up to the edge of the wall. The suction is great. Although I've yet to try picking up anything gross like in the videos. It can be paused instantly either by standing upright or pushing the power button. Absolutely no complaints. Oh, there's a quiet mode too, but its not loud anyway. The self clean mode makes a little noise too, but nothing that can be ignored, or that is intrusive in any way.
