WOW! I'm floored by this multi magnesium supplement! My hair was becoming brittle & breaking; My fingernails had ridges forming; My skin looking dull. I began taking this 6 months ago. Great magnesium blend for sleep & muscle support
I’ve tried several magnesium supplements over the years, but this one really stands out. I like that it includes multiple forms (glycinate, citrate, malate, taurate, etc.) instead of just one type. It feels like a more well-rounded formula. I primarily take it in the evening, and I’ve noticed I feel more relaxed and fall asleep easier.
