This product is watered down I have never had sculpting lotion this watery. I have used this product for over 20 years.

I used this product for years and it was amazing. The last 3 times I've purchased the product, it's been almost completely water. Either the vendor is shipping water and Paul Mitchell is conducting zero product control, or the product deteriorates to virtually 100% water if environmental specifications are not held. I'm guessing the first. For those who state the product is supposed to be watery, the answer is an emphatic: No, it's not.

Has this dried out your hair?

No. I've been using it for years, and it works well for me. But that doesn't mean it will for everybody. Different people have different hair.

I was told to use this for bad static cling in my hair. I have fine hair.. Will help without weighing it down? Leave in cond dont work.

I have been using this product ever since the 1990s. My hair is not thin and does not have static issues. But what I like about this product is it is water-like, but gives the hair shine and a mild hold unlike the gel stuff, which I do not like.
