We are impressed with this small countertop dishwasher. The size fits perfectly in the space. Plenty of head room to fit under the top cabinet. It washes throughly. Everything comes out clean. In fact my insulated tea cup was stained before washing and it looks like new now. The noise is minimal, dries well.The only downside I have is the instructions should be a little clearer.Overall we are happy with this product and would recommend it.

I spent hours searching amazon and other sites for a dishwasher that would fit under our countertops - all I could find were 0.5cm too tall or more... except for this one. It took a while to arrive, but it was incredibly easy to set up, no leaks, used a standard sink countertop-dishwasher converter, and has been working well for the past month we've been using it.

It’s not too much bigger than the drying rack I was using already so I haven’t lost very much counter space. Pretty easy to set up, and I’m not at all a person who’s good at that normally. Lightweight, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to lift it myself and didn’t need my husband to for me for once lol. Holds a decent amount of dishes, I haven’t tried all the settings yet but so far it definitely gets them clean and dries them nicely, no water spots or soap scum! Seems well built, good quality materials. While running is fairly quiet. I personally like the design as far as looks go, the one thing I’d change is that my dinner plates are on the larger side so I can’t fit more than 3 of them at a time in there otherwise the top spinner arm will hit them, but overall I’m very happy with it and it still saves me time and energy.

I searched hundreds of countertop dishwasher and didnt want to waste money on one that leaked or didn't work and this one didn't have a lot of reviews, but no negative ones. I'm SO glad I took the chance on it as this has saved me loads of time. It is decent size can fit a handful of plates, cups, and silverware. Use powder detergent and It gets so hot it steams and dishes come out clean and sanitized. Saves me loads of time and I've had it about a month now and so far no complaints. The install was easy you fill up a bucket and it drains into sink. If you're debating it don't waste time because it works!

The media could not be loaded. This dishwasher has made me so incredibly happy. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one. It has been working perfectly for almost a month now. It has many different settings, but I prefer the 35 min rapid wash. Everything comes out extremely clean and even smells very fresh and new. The customer service is some of the very best I've ever had. They connect with you on Whatsapp and you have a live person ready to answer any and all questions at any time, very polite and kind. They answered immediately! I also love the easy bucket system. I didn't want to fool with hookups. When not in use, I hide the two hoses behind a painting with the water intake hose inside a clean glass to keep it clean. The bucket goes under my sink. I also chose this one after much research, because it was only a little over 16" high, where most were around 18". Also, most had the top fill for water, where there was no way I'd be able to do that with my low cabinets. You can see from the pics, I got so lucky that I just made it and it barely fit, but it did! I got an in-sink dish drainer to deal with my bigger items that can't go into the dishwasher. This dishwasher has everything I was needing to work with my space. I'm so happy I found it. My dish cleaning has reached perfection. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

I bought this counter top dishwasher thinking “oh i’ll give it a shot” and I loved it. It worked quite well for the amount of dishes me and my boyfriend used. Then i started having problems with it and emailed customer service- we went through a few things without success. But we decided that the item was defective and are paying for the dishwasher. The customer service was very responsive with my emails. I was happy with the outcome of my experience with them. I liked having this dishwasher so much that I have bought another one. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants a small portable dishwasher.

I'm using(seperately) dirty labs dishwasher detergent and arm n hammer powder detergent just to see what works best. So far I'm down to about 1 teaspoon per load and that's still not rinsing fully, even after 3 full normal cycles (2 without soap). I got this thinking I would save time and water, so far that is not the case. I'm going to give it a week to fine tune soap adjustments before deciding if this product is going to be a keeper.PROS: I don't have to stand at the sink and wash everything.Heats water and fans the dishes dry. Glass and porcelain dry better than plastics but that's typical.CONS: The rack has big gaps so I can't actually load all the cups or bottles properly as they won't stand up on their own.The detergent takes 3 cycles to rinse off and I'm usually left washing by hand afterwards anyway because I can taste soap residue.The machine is as loud as a window unit ac.I still have to stand at the sink and wash everything that can't fit or stand on its own in the dishwasher. Butter knives, bottles cups, cup lids..The rack design could be better, possibly adding rack posts that lay down or stand up as needed to support different dishes would be great. Or having a section to properly lay butter knives.
