Completely useless, instructions were sketchy at best, half the things you were told to use weren't even in the packaging, complete con, avoid!

Lancet doesn't work

Avoid. The clear vile was supposed to have fluid in but was completely empty. Not good for obvious reason! Thanks. Now I have to go out of my way to post a faulty product back which is rather annoying. You Can’t get in touch with them to send a replacement for their faulty product just have to speak to Amazon’s rubbish ai

Useless, sample test kit came with a defective lancet. Unable to prick finger as it was already used. Couldn’t retract.

Followed instructions to the letter but the spring prick sampler failed to penetrate the skin making it useless!
