We recently brought home a 10-week-old puppy, so accidents are happening pretty often while she’s learning. I ordered the Active Odor & Stain Eliminator to help keep the crate area and floors clean, and it’s been a really helpful product so far. It works well on both urine and poop messes and actually removes the smell and stickiness instead of just covering it up. After spraying it on accidents around the crate tray and floor, the odor disappears quickly and it helps discourage our puppy from going in the same spot again. I’ve also noticed it does a good job lifting stains, even if I don’t catch the mess immediately. The spray bottle is easy to use and spreads the cleaner evenly, which makes cleanup quick during those frequent puppy accidents. Another thing I like is that it doesn’t leave behind a harsh chemical smell and dries pretty quick. Overall, this has made the puppy training stage a lot easier, and I’d definitely recommend it to other new puppy owners.

Just spray on the stain, wait a few minutes then blot up. I've even sprayed on dried stains, let sit, then used my little Bissel to vacuum up and the stains always come out with no residue. It has a nice smell and leaves no odor. I have an older cat who vomits occasionally and it's never failed to remove the stains. Never had any discoloration, but most of the items I've used it on are light-colored.

One of the best product I have used. Got the stain and odor out completely. The smell of the product is not bad. And does go away after a couple of days.

We have tried every odor and stain eliminator that’s out there and nothing has work as good as this product. We have an older dog that pees on the floors and this is the only product that has gotten the pee up and off of our tile and carpet without leveling any residue or pee smell behind. I was so surprised when our carpet didnt smell like pee anymore. I only use this odor and stain eliminator now. It’s like an oil consistency and you don’t need much so the bottle last a long time. I was using a bottle of koe every 10 days and now I only use koe on rainy days to mop my floors.

Works really well against pet stains and food stains. I really like it because it neutralizes odors and it doesn’t have a strong scent itself which I find I have the most problems with other pet stain removers.

At first the odor was fresh and citrusy when I sprayed it on my dogs bed to test for how well it would neutralize a light Dog sent. When we went to bed last night, the bed smelled like a commercial cleaner and left a film on the fabric. I set up a bed made a blanket for my dog last night and had to wash the dog bed first thing this morning.

Arrived sealed and not leaking. Spray bottle worked great and it seemed to get rid of the smell. I did use it with other stuff to make sure. It was on a throw rug so I sprayed it until it was dripping on the front and back and let it hang to dry outside.. the product itself had a nice smell, and wasnt over powering.

We have a new puppy and we are going through it training her to go outside. So I did some research and several websites and people recommended this product. So far it works great. The training is still going slow but that is probably on us and not the puppy.
