Dear Amazon Team, I am extremely disappointed with the parcel I received today – a PopSugar Remote Control Car. The product delivered is not working at all – the rear wheels do not rotate, making it completely unusable. What frustrates me even more is the lack of basic quality checks before dispatch. If Amazon can deliver within one day for its own satisfaction, why can’t it ensure that the customer actually receives a functional product? This feels like speed of delivery is prioritized over customer satisfaction. The packaging was also substandard and careless, and shockingly, the product arrived without even a user manual. For a reputed platform like Amazon, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution – either a proper replacement after strict quality check or a full refund without any hassle. Please take this feedback seriously, as such experiences are damaging customer trust in Amazon.

The car is super fast and nice, but received used and damaged product (the charging port was not working) immediately returned once and received the same used product with damaged product. So, I am not going with the product any more.
