Great but limited licence
Downloaded and installed immediately so that was really good. The product itself was the latest version of Photoshop Elements so it took me a few days to get comfortable with the many updates (from Elements 10). The big negative is the 3 year licence whereas my previous version had lifetime use.

Dusappointed
Think this product is faulty went through process and did not give me option to finish installment. As I used the redeem code I seem to not be able to use it again and seems like I have wasted 72.00 in money

Great product
Had a bit of a problem getting it up and running but a phone call to adobe support got it all working. Need to work out how the AI bit works!

Better than older versions
Got this to up date an older version and is much better as expected

"Forced" to buy it, BEFORE discovering the Mac OS system needed-should be possible to get refund
A good scam - I've got Mac 12.7.6, & it doesn't show anywhere that you need Mac OS 13+.Wasted money for a (normally computer literate ) pensioner - only informed me when I tried to open the downloaded, installed version.And, when I tied to get Elements 24, there is NOWHERE to get it, even from Adobe direct

Easily downloaded
Purchased photoshop elements 2025, and had downloaded it all within half an hour of the purchase, few different things from the 2022 version so looking forward to getting into it.

NOT AS GOOD AS MY OLD ELEMENTS 9.0
Recently acquired a new Laptop that would not load my Elements 9 ! So forced to upgrade FIRST UP IT ONLY WORKS FOR 3 YEARS AND PROPORTIONALLY COSTS WAY MORE ! As to the Graphics the icons are not as good ! Gone are the BOLD colour coded icons replaced with tiny monochrome icons ! The Crop tool has a mind of its own ! The Text tool is way too complicated with this absurd IPSUM LOREN TEXT YOU HAVE TO DELETE EACH TIME ! There are way too many Fonts that are virtually the same ! You only need about 20 Basic font types and then you can customise by adding what you need Also gone is the fantastic tool for changing colour variation ! On the positive side I do like the way you can scroll through the fonts and observe them BUT WAY TOO MANY ALMOST IDENTICLE FONTS The sliders are also nice on the brush and clone toolsToo be honest its a big disappointment I will keep going with it as it may have hidden potential but on the whole it does not feel as comfortable or intuitive as PSE 9
