This bluetooth connectivity is very good. Neckband quality also good and sound quality also so good. Before this neckband i had boat trinity 150 hrs. That neckband also good but after some time like 6 month i hve to go to service centre for exchange i bought 3 time trinity and three time same issue so i hve change to this neckband and this works perfectly fine till day. Batery backup also good 5 long day straight no problem. Full charge in nearly hour . My old one long lasting for 7 day but its ok i can adjust bcoz this neckband has owsm sound quality different modes and anc also available so i am happy wih this product. Buttone functionality also so good no issues totally value for money. I have find out only one issue that if i wear this neckband so i cant wear helmet for long time bcoz buds is big so its hurs.. i do hve plan for that i wear only one side earphone so dats not hurt much.. thats all

Is price segment ka king hai. Vocals quality clear Bass superb hai Anc work properly Presets Equalizer mode hai and apne according use set karne ka option bhi hai. Overall sound quality awesome for me. And Value for money.

Okay so it was my 6th boat rocker neck band. Each one lasted a year on an average, some even for about 1.5 year. And I practically use my ear buds all day everyday so I’ve actually used them to its last working molecule and till now I’ve been feeling okay and that’s why I’ve ordered boat rocker every year. Each year was an upgrade from the past. For the last three orders I’ve been facing some disappointment but this is the last straw. Never ordering boat rockers again partly because of the Amazon’s policies and partly because boat has disappointed me third time in a row So my 255ANC came defective. I have been getting a robotic noise from the left earbud and perfectly fine right earbud. I received the order on 5th July and it showed on my app that I can replace it by 15th july 25 but I can’t place a complaint. It’s taking my complaint and then it takes me to a AI chatbot who cannot solve my problem. Then it takes me to watch troubleshooting videos. And that’s the end. I have been trying to place a replacement request and it’s making me go in circles and soon I reach the place where I started to post my complaint. Taking to the Amazon executive has become to much difficult now a days. Again it makes you go in circles till you get frustrated or distracted. Today I finally could reach an Amazon executive who told me that I have to find a boat service center and get it exchanged there not via Amazon. Excuse me!!! But if I wanted to go the market and buy things there I wouldn’t be using Amazon, right?? And now I have to search a service center and drive there to see if I can’t get it exchanged or not? Why would they exchange my thing when I didn’t buy it from them?? What is my prime membership for then?? Why can’t the seller replace it here ?? I have just one day left now before I can even try replace it. Will post update later. Edit: so I got the neck band exchanged from the boat itself. It was smooth. I used it for 2-3 weeks now. Works fine. I only wish I had bought the thing from boats official website directly in the first place. It would have spared me a lot of wasted time and energy.

Very Poor quality. Just to support make in India, I bought this product 5 times. Some product stopped switching on after some days. I do long jogging, and I bought these neckbands after reading their feature as IPx5 or IPx7. But just after first jogging session, i started getting peculiar sound form earphone. second session it stopped working. If they are not sweat proof, why they are writing IPx7 or sweat resistant. Disappointing.
