Oura Ring 4 - Gold - Size 15 - Size Before You Buy

Bought it from my daughter who is trying to figure out what’s going on mentally in her world as a college student between sleep and schedules and everything. This is the best thing we could’ve gotten her to help her understand what’s going on in her world when she can’t see it. Great device, especially for a college kid.

I purchased the Oura Ring 4 in gold and I truly love it. What I like most is how it tracks my sleep the data is very detailed and it has helped me better understand my sleep patterns and overall energy. It’s also comfortable and you barely feel it on your finger. That said, the gold finish does scratch a bit with regular use, which was a downside for me considering the price. However, I contacted Oura’s official customer service and they were excellent they sent me a new one. Overall, I highly recommend it for the technology and insights it provides, but if you’re very particular about aesthetics, you might want to consider a different finish.

I have 3 relatives with the gen 3 and they loved it. Since it had such good reviews I splurged on the newest gen 4 and got the gold one. The gold is a brassy color and my sisters gen 3 is a better gold. I noticed scratches on mine right away and bought a silicone cover. I worn that for a few weeks and the past 2 weeks have been wearing it without and it has rubbed off in places and is silver underneath. I have also been sick for the past week and have had a fever and the ring showed a little bit of difference but still had I had a relatively good nights rest even while walking up coughing several times a night. Could the 3 be a better ring? I had such high hopes from the rave reviews from relatives. When I took the walking test it said my cardio capacity is at peak which is weird because I don’t exercise. My daughter who just ran a half marathon has a lower capacity than me and she is a runner. What am I missing here? The ring is not durable and looks cheap and scratched up, the info is not accurate and I paid $500 for this plus $7 a month? Going to contact the company because I think I. got a lemon. I waited a month to give it a fair chance but now the return window is closed.

Absolutely love. I tried several other rings and ended up returning them after a couple days because they gave the illusion of tracking like Oura but in the end, did not even come somewhat close to it. I love that as I was dealing with allergies/a cold (before I even really knew) the app alerted me that my symptom radar showed minor signs of straining my body, makes sense why I woke up in the middle of the night in a light sweat. I also love how it tells me about my sleep rate and if I’m in a sleep debt (I am, I know this but didn’t know how much). It knows when your heart rate changes, even when taking a nap and asks if you’d like to log the sleep. Easily connected to my iPhone without any problems AND I love the battery life warning, it lets you know when you have 24 hours left of battery I charged mine the same day every week. I am extremely active and workout most days, whether in the gym or at home, so it lasting 7 full days is great! I did not order their ring sizer but had others so I got the same ring. I do think Oura might run a little small (or maybe it’s my slight weight gain, even though I had the same size ring a couple days before getting my Oura ring), but it worked out for the better because I actually like it on my middle finger over my ring finger (who knew… I didn’t). Anyway, 10/10 recommend.

I got a size 8 and wear it on my right pointer finger—fit is true to size and very comfortable for all-day and night wear. I’m honestly amazed at how much this ring can track, from sleep and recovery to activity and overall health insights. A huge bonus is that I was able to purchase the ring with my HSA card, and even use HSA funds for the yearly subscription as well, which made this an even better value for me. The data is detailed, easy to understand, and actually useful. If you’re looking for a sleek, comfortable wearable with powerful health tracking, I highly recommend the Oura Ring

I purchased the Oura Ring 4 in yellow gold and it is a very handy tool! I wish I would have gone with the rose gold, because the yellow gold is very yellow! I also wish it were thinner because it looks very large on my hand. I use it to track my sleep and my cycle and the data I receive is very insightful! The battery life is excellent and I only have to charge it once a week. The ring gives you a days notice before the battery dies, so you can plan when you want to charge it. There is a learning curve regarding the various functions and it takes time to collect your data before it begins to report back to you, but it’s worth the wait to get the daily results. The ring caught when I was sick with the flu and a migraine by reporting unusually high stress levels. Paying for the app is not that expensive when you think about all of the insight it provides. I’m glad I took the leap and made the purchase, as I thought about it for several months before buying. I used my HSA funds with no issues.

I never take it off! A huge help in my sleep and recovery as well as my fitness and stress levels.

Deze Oura Ring 4 heb ik besteld, en wat krijg ik binnen? Een doos onder de vetvlekken, de zegels zijn al opengemaakt en er zit geen ring in.... ik ben zwaar teleur gesteld in de verzending door Amazon. Echter het probleem werd direct door Amazon opgelost, ik krijg een nieuw Oura Ring 4. Mijn beoordeling is van 1 naar 3 sterren gegaan. Ik kan helaas geen 4 of 5 sterren geven, aangezien ik een opengemaakte doos en ontbrekende ring ontvangen had.

I love this ring. It is a very nice gold and it work super well. It’s a touch bulky so it took a little getting used to but it tracks steps and sleep and I use it to go with the Natural Cycles app and it works so well! You can wear it doing dishes or washing hands etc too!
