This Gadget is Simple to Use
I read the reviews of other models and made the decision to buy this one.I am impressed with this gadget as it immediately saved me replacing a part which I suspected was on it's way out!

Doesn’t work, and then HOPELESS customer service.
They charge a “premium product” price (~£80 U.K.) but their technical support department is hopeless. I keep receiving a pop-up message telling me that “The FIXD Network is currently experiencing an issue. We are working to fix this as soon as possible. Please try again later.” when trying to use this in a range of different family vehicles.I’ve been trying now for 4 days, same response. I did use their support portal to report this issue the first day I received the product and received a reply from “Brian Cooper @ FIXD” asking for “the VIN, make, model, and year of your vehicle?” which I sent, and then...... nothing (looks for appropriate tumbleweed emoji......)I’ve tried this unit on 3 different cars so far: 2 x Ford (2009 Mondeo and 2012 Fiesta) and a Honda (2015 Civic) and all get the same response regarding the “FIXD Platform issue.” Please see attached screen grab imagesThis useless item will be going back for a full refund. I do appreciate that companies can sometimes have IT and network issues, but not updating a customer on when they can expect such problems to be resolved, especially when they have an open support request, is VERY POOR customer service - not something I would expect from a business looking to charge such a premium price for its product.Sadly there is no option to leave ZERO STARS, they certainly do not deserve the one I had to give to leave this review.

Love this gadget
Excellent gadget, great to be ready up at garage to tell them what I think that is wrong with the car gives me more knowledge as a women when faced by an over enthusiastic mechanic!!

Didn’t work but refund no problem
This didn’t work on my Focus, Ford Fusion (US), or Mercedes Sprinter. The ports have been used by garages previously so were working. Only giving it three stars as I was fully refunded with no problems. Pity as I could have done with the fault diagnosis.

Happy husband
Christmas gift to husband. He didn’t return it this year so it must be good. He’s now testing every car in the family! Seems simple to use.

Quite amazing. Bills ought to reduce. A lot!

Car compatibility
Not very good with Alfa Romeo, finds diesel Alfa 159 2007, cannot recognise a diesel Alfa 147 2009, option not given when putting in VIN number. Likewise no chance of it working on a 1999 petrol Alfa GTV. Does not even connect with car.
