I’d like to report a serious safety issue with the electric burner I recently purchased. I have already submitted a return request, but I wanted to ensure this incident is properly flagged for safety review. I used the product for the first time today, carefully following all setup and usage instructions. Within seconds of placing a piece of Bokhoor inside, the device turned off after about 20 seconds. When I turned it back on, the top part suddenly caught fire within two seconds. The flames spread over the top door area and were difficult to extinguish. It was very scary, especially considering it is an electric device. I managed to put out the fire by covering it with a towel to stop it from spreading further. Please escalate this matter to your product safety.

Gets extremely hot and burns the bakhoor instead of releasing a nice scent. The smell ends up like something burning, not pleasant at all.
