A nice B/W laser printer
Laser B/W printer, fast printing with double-sided setting as default. WiFi printing is convenient; supports Apple iBeacon and AirPrint, also works well with Android. Easy to setup with the App. The only downside is the price of the original HP toner kit; price of the larger toner cartridge is 2/3 of the price of the printer.

Good Cheap Two Sided Printer
This works fine. It is quick and prints on both sides. Much cheaper than ink jet.

Small and quick, perfect for home or light business use
Small footprint much smaller than my Canon, quiet efficient Laser, connected to the wifi in minutes, faultless wireless printing from laptops and android devices, used it to print ultra fine decals worked great, good quality clean print, normal A4 printing is nice and quick and auto duplex. Delivered in 2 days hard to beat for the price.

Nightmare
NB One star signifies NO STARS. This has been an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately, I did not open the box for a month, when I found that the printer did not work, so it could only go back Under Warranty. Meanwhile, the HP app, which is the only way of researching any problems to do with the printer, informed me, it having connected through wifi to my printer, that the diagnosis was that I was out of ink (or toner as they call it), notwithstanding that the printer arrived complete with toner cartridge and that I had never used the printer because it failed to work on arrival. Anyhow, the instructions from the HP App-bot were non-negotiable, there was no way.. goodness I tried.. of contacting Hewlett Packard directly and I was therefore obliged to order and pay for a new cartridge @£45. But still the printer did not work!! It is clear there must be a fault which means the printer is unable to communicate with the cartridge and recognise that there is a full cartridge already installed. Thereafter, there was a struggle because the Amazon system initially insisted I print the return label myself (no bar code on offer for an item being returned Under Warranty), which was impossible since I did not have a functioning printer with which to print a label! Finally, this was resolved but I had to wait in for three days for Royal Mail to pick the printer up, notwithstanding information given to me on the Amazon website in a little box (now removed) which popped up beside details of the order that it would be Wednesday, and confirmation of that on the telephone by an Amazon operative I spoke to when it was getting late on the Wednesday, but who insisted that Royal Mail might still come late in the evening! (On what planet?) In reality, the printer was finally collected on the Friday. And now, since pick-up, there has been complete radio silence and the Amazon operative I spoke to today has no records of any of my phone calls last week or any arrangements made with me or promises given to me; bottom line the man had no information at all available to him to give me. So, there has been no confirmation of pick-up, no confirmation of successful delivery and zilch contact from the Amazon repairers. When I experimented with asking for the same printer to be repaired again, the Amazon website is behaving as though I have never contacted them before about this printer and has set me up a new pick-up appointment for next week. In short, I and this malfunctioning printer appear now to have no official status at all. It is as though Amazon has ghosted us. Yes, the printer was finally picked up by Royal Mail, but where actually is it now? I am contending with total silence on the matter. My strongest advice is not to buy a Hewlett Packard printer from Amazon, or, if you do, to pray it works. I don't know whether this is true of any make of printer Amazon sells, but I would not wish the experience of the last fortnight on my worst enemy. My best guess is that if you return a malfunctioning printer within the allotted time span allowed for any returns and without mentioning that it does not work, Amazon simply put it back on their shelf and send it out to the next unsuspecting purchaser. Their quality control is abysmal; it is such a huge business now that their systems have quite simply broken down. And don't get me started on their shortage of courier companies and the opportunists they now have to employ who break the rules with impunity. If you try complaining about a parcel left on the kerb (my HP toner cartridge for example) when no photograph was taken and the information logged by the courier says that it was "handed to resident", Amazon's response now is to shrug their shoulders because, they say, it can't be proved unless I provide my name and address not only to the courier company in question but to the actual courier who committed a possibly sackable offence, which is a very neat and (I think) new way for Amazon of ducking the ever-increasing problem.

Compact and Fast
Very Pleased with this printer for home use. I probably only print an average of 2 or 3 pages a day but wanted a reliable and easy to install printer that gave good quality. This compact little machine has more than met my needs. It installed via my Wi-Fi quickly and its print quality is excellent. there is a second or so delay when you first print as the machine comes out of a power saving mode but then the print is very fast. the double sided printing is also very fast and easy. Great value home printer

Brilliant little printer, everything works straight out of the box. Instant Wi-Fi set up, great print quality, light - and a small footprint on the desk. Good back-up from HP - apps for phones and tablets. Windows 11 recognised it immediately, as did the phone app, and I was printing from an Android phone within 15 minutes. The price is much lower than expected for a decent printer with Wi-Fi AND duplex printing. Don't hesitate. And don't bother shopping around to save a few euros... with Amazon delivering to your door and their superb returns policy (in the VERY unlikely event that you don't like it. or there's a problem) it's a no-brainer.
