I’ve been using this treadmill for a while now and I’m really impressed. It’s compact, sturdy, and easy to use, making it perfect for home workouts. The auto incline feature (up to 12%) adds a great challenge, and the LED display and Bluetooth speaker make exercising more enjoyable. It’s also surprisingly quiet and easy to set up, which I really appreciate. But honestly, the best part has been the customer service. The first unit I received wasn’t functioning properly and was showing an E-2 error. I reached out to their support team and was blown away by how prompt, courteous, and helpful they were. They quickly resolved my issue and made sure I was completely satisfied. Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

I enjoy doing my exercises on this walking pad. I used to wake up early to go for a brisk walk outside, but it’s been cold and rainy lately. The walking/hiking pad allows me still get my exercise, regardless of the weather. This premium quality equipment comes fully assembled. It’s compact but it’s packed with all the important features such as a large, bright and easy to read display, 2 remotes that work flawlessly to control speed and incline, and Bluetooth speakers. I find the maximum speed of 4 mph to be more than enough for me. It’s more than challenging enough because of the incline. The treadmill runs smoothly and quietly, so I can do my workouts without disturbing other people at home. It can easily be stored away by rolling it under a desk or bed after a workout. Overall, this treadmill exceeded my expectations.

I got this walking pad to help me stay a little more active during the day and it’s been doing exactly that. The size is perfect too because it fits under my desk if I ever want to walk while working, and when I’m done I just slide it under my bed since it’s compact and easy to move around. Absolutely amazing walking pad. I was going to buy the cheap $110 one but I’m so glad I just spent the extra $150 and got this one. Great quality, very sturdy even at the max incline. It’s nice have a remote to control your speed and incline. I was worried the incline wasn’t going to be enough, but it’s a good workout. Bluetooth speaker is nice. Not very loud but works well. I’m 5’1” so the pad fits me great for my strides. My husband is 6 ft and I had him walk on it. He has to take a little smaller strides but works well for him. Thats also another reason I bought this one, the belt is a little longer than most. It’s also light enough I can carry and move all around my house. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this treadmill surprised me right away. It come fully assembled so set-up was literally me unboxing and sliding it where I wanted. Two remotes arrived in the box, which is oddly delightful, one for desk mode and one for quick start when I'm lazy. The speaker is clear and loud enough to hear podcasts over the hum of the motor. Top speed hits about 4 mph and with the 0 to 12% auto incline I actually get a variety of workouts without swapping shoes. The RGB LED screen looks cool at night, not flashy but neat, and it shows speed, time and incline at a glance. Under-desk mode works well for typing and slow walking, the belt is steady and my balance felt fine. Motor noise is a soft whoosh not a roar so conference calls while moving are doable. Controls on the remotes are responsive and the safety key gives peace of mind. The frame feels solid and rated capacity reassures me when I test heavier loads.

Sturdy base and nice incline for a walking pad. Fairly easy to move, but heavy at base with the wheels. Only issue and it's almost a dealbreaker is the location and length of the power cord. It is in an awkward spot which makes it really hard to find a place to set it up if you do not have multiple outlet options. The cord is short and tricky to adjust alongside the walking pad. I love the sturdiness and 12% incline option. I think the size will be a personal opinion. Short legs so no issues, but one with longer legs may feel a bit unsafe with the length and nothing to hold on to. So far, the unit is nice and quiet and easy to use. There is a random button by the power switch that either doesn't work or has no purpose. The Trail Viber Walking Pad is more expensive price point than other options I was considering, but after reading the reviews and receiving it I would say it is a decent value for the money. Hopefully the extra cost will translate to a long-lasting quality unit.

The stability is incredible, and I don't have to worry about instability during long strides. It's incredibly convenient to get in some cardio training at home. I highly recommend it!
