Excellent product. Very easy to use.
Excellent product. Very easy to use with no mess. I filled 100 capsules in a few minutes on my first attempt. I initially thought there would be some wastage but it was barely half a capsule full and even that was mostly due to my cack handedness.

Good simple to use product
Well. Leason learned. I ordered a different brand machine to the capsules. Quickly returned as size was off. This one fitted perfect. It's obviously a little messy. But minimal wastage and simple to use. Good solid product.

Efficient Capsule Filling with Cleanup Considerations
The capsule filling machine proves to be a reliable tool for effortless encapsulation, although there are minor considerations for tidiness during use. Positively, this machine performs its intended function effectively, simplifying the process of filling capsules with precision and ease. Additionally, its compact design allows for convenient storage when not in use, minimizing clutter. However, users may find that the process of filling capsules can be messy, particularly without a dedicated tray or mat included with the machine. While the machine itself functions well, the absence of a tray or mat means that users must improvise to contain any spills or excess powder. Some users may resort to placing a cardboard box underneath the machine to catch any overflow, which, although effective, is not as convenient as a dedicated tray or mat.In conclusion, the capsule filling machine offers efficient encapsulation capabilities with minimal cleanup required. However, potential buyers should be aware of the lack of a tray or mat and may need to devise their own solutions to maintain tidiness during use. Despite this minor inconvenience, the machine remains a valuable tool for those seeking to streamline their supplement preparation process.

Great product, easy to use
I really liked how easy this was to use. Instructions are clear. And the capsules I got fit well. Some points:I found it easier to just put the capsule halves into the wholes as you may miss a hole or 2 and waste your supplement powder as there is no capsule half to catch it.I tampered the mixture into the capsule half 2-3 times (adding more powder each time) as you can actually get quite a lot of powder into the capsule than if you only do it once.Easy to clean and store. Makes up to 100 capsules each time. And the entire processfrom making mixture to decanting capsules into storage container took about 30 mins.

Surprisingly easy!
I take turmeric and curcumin tablets every day and was getting fed up with constantly having to reorder, so it seemed. I saw a YT vid on making your own, so bought one of these and some capsules and gloves and then...and then they sat on the bench for two months! I think I was reticent to try it out I thought it was just too difficult and would make too much mess. Finally shamed myself into doing it today and it took all of 15 minutes - including prep, clean up and undoing a first mistake - to make up 100 capsules, or three month's supply. First, I separated top and bottom capsules and put each into different bowls, then mixed the turmeric and black pepper - roughly, four heaped dessertspoons of turmeric, and about 1 dessertspoon full of cracked black pepper (next time I'll make it equal parts). If you're a newbie like me, you will need the instructions but they are actually pretty clear, once you get the hang of which plate is which. So you jiggle the capsules into place (amazingly they mostly do), plop some mixture on top, scrape across with the plastic thingy and get as much in, then tamper down - and repeat a couple of times. Then you shake the top half of the capsules into their plate (dome end down, not up, as I tried first time), and then press them together - and it worked!Everything fits together as it should, which is all very exciting. I think it will take me about a year to break even, with the cost of the gadget, the capsules and gloves (never attempt anything without the gloves), but then it's virtually pennies for 100 caps.Oh one more tip - use a tray with paper towel across it to put your machine, capsules and turmeric on - otherwise it will make a real mess, and might stain!

Incorrect Instructions
I was filling my capsules with activated charcoal and everywhere was a terrible mess. To start with, one of the parts, the one that stops the powder from spilling, is not even mentioned in the instruction. After I had finished I saw the part lying there and wondered "what is this for?", only to find (via the internet) that it's to stop the powder from going everywhere. I'm really not sure that it's worth the savings, to be honest. I had to wash up so much mess just to save a few pounds. And! the capsules come assembled, so I had to manually take each one apart and place it into the hole. The caps did not fall into each hole the right way up, so I had to remove about 30% of them and place them the correct way up. And, if you think I'm washing all those components by hand, forget it! They are going in the dishwasher.
