Excellent communication! Very responsive and helpful.
Very patient staff. Took me a while to get it installed, but they kept checking in to know when to activate the warranty. Great product, and great value. Saved at least $10,000 by buying from this vendor. Shipper dinged it up a little, but it turned out to be purely cosmetic. Condenser unit still had positive pressure, and even after using an oversized lineset due to the length of the run, I only had to add a small amount of refrigerant to top-off to get the proper amount of superheat. If I was going to purchase again, I would definitely go to this vendor.
