Works great. The solar panels are good too and work well. Overall the panels are flimsy. The Actual unit is great you can charge it from AC in about an hour.

Works great. I have an older motorhome, that the propane refrigerator was replaced with a small electric one. I have this set up to kick in the fridge and it will keep it running for almost 24 hours continuous without recharging. The fridge is the only thing I have it plugged into for that. I have used it however for various power tools and it works very well for a small temporary power source.

I like the look and portability. Also, the interface is very easy to use and gives all the pertinent information. The displayed values for time left to charge and to discharge are relatively accurate. But it will be limited as a back-up in a power outage. I tested 3 of my appliances. The freezer at a steady 115W lasted 8.5 hours The refrigerator ranged from 0 to 138W and lasted about 11 hours. The time left to charge varied with the variable wattage used. The space heater, on the medium setting, used 916W and lasted 1 hour. The solar charging gained 1% of charge in about 6 hours of PNW sunshine, so not helpful.

What a amazing piece of equipment I use this constantly whether I'm camping or just at home and need to charge my e-bike batteries for the next ride or just have on hand for a power outage

Used my Jackery for first time camping last week.Worked like a charm.Now solar charging it at home it’s doing what it’s supposed to.

My brother and I both bought these a couple of weeks ago, thinking we should protect ourselves from the Big One that we were told would come within 30 years more than 50 years ago when we moved to L.A. A week later my brother had a very local 12 hour power loss caused by a truck hitting a power pole. Between his two Jackery solar generators and my two, he was able to keep his refrigerators going. No one expected they'd actually prove useful so quickly, but they were.

Great little unit, solar panels work well, can also charge it with supplied power cord. Easy to carry and use, multiple ports available and Bluetooth capable...simply wow! Love it

El generado y paneles llegaron en tiempo perfectamente empacados. La primera carga la hice directo a la corriente de la casa y le tomó 1:30 hrs estando al 30 %, al hacerlo con los paneles solares en un día soleado fue de 8 hrs al 99% empezando en 25%. Aunque no lo he usado hice una prueba con una tv de 32 pulgadas durante 4 hrs. Gasto solamente el 10% lo cual me asegura será de gran ayuda para poder ver tv y usar algunos aparatos eléctricos en una cabaña en el campo que no cuenta con servicio de electricidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ✔️

But I didn't! So far this thing has blown me away on its initial outing. I have never used something like this before. I got this instead of a small gas jenny. It filled 3 queen size air mattresses, 4 Single Tubes (nice ones) a 4 person party island. Charged every electronic device shoved at it, 6 cell phones, a few battery packs, a few (honestly unknown) flashlights, a bunch of kids radios a few times, a mosquitoes coil thing a couple times and we used it to power a USB light off and on for realistically not that long. It only took it down to 71%, so I got home, and plugged in a big box fan and ran it for three hours. It took it down to 60% I am blown away by this. It shows right on the display the power you are pulling and how long it will last at that level. You can turn the outlets on or off at the AC side or the USB outlets. With it plugged in and charging it tells you how long it will take. The solar panels have a charging cable that has a USB port right in it, I never it though. I reckon if I kept the solar panels adjusted pretty regularly it would take the time quoted to get them charged. That hasn't been what I have done, but they seem to be doing the job. Not only would I buy this again. I started show boating it to my friends. I think this little thing isn't just functional, it's awesome. I might be older then I thought...

I’ve been using my Jackery for a couple of months now to power my Starlink in my truck and recharge all kinds of batteries and speakers while out camping. This unit is super handy with the solar panels! They keep up to everything I plug in to it when it’s sunny. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who’s looking for portable power. On a side note: I need to praise Jackery for their customer service. This probably went on sale ($1399) a short while after I bought it ($1799.) I requested a refund from them and they were quick and professional in issuing one. After a ton of negative experiences on Amazon with uncooperative companies, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Jackery!

Doesn’t work at all and they make it next to impossible to return. Do NOT buy from this company. Update. It’s been a month. They finally said they would allow me to return it. Now silence. They don’t even acknowledge the return. I’m out the money and the junk. Amazon keeps saying they will help with no follow through. It’s an expensive gamble.
