Great bit of kit and so easy to use, I've owned this for a couple of years now and every time I get it out (even after winter) it starts up so easily and cuts perfectly. I'd never buy an electric one after owning this awesome machine. 10 stars

First of all, this is an absolute monster for cutting the hedge. It makes light work of a pretty dense hedge and way more effective than a battery or mains trimmer. The downsides are 1. Its quite heavy 2. It can be difficult to start 3. It can cut out when the angle of cut changes However, it is pretty easy to use but be careful, it cuts really, really well and makes light work of branches up to 25mm diameter. A great purchase but just wish it was a bit lighter - hence the four stars......

Despite following the instructions, the starting procedure for the Hedge Trimmer has proven to be sensitive. I tend to believe that accuracy of petrol/oil balance is very important. If this is the case, then unfortunately the mixing bottles do not provide for an accurate measure. Once started the hedge trimmer is extremely efficient. This model is heavier than my previous McCulloch Hedge Trimmer (that was not so sensitive during start up)

I dont usually write reviews but i thought this machine deserved it. I purchased to maintain a very large hedge that came with a new house purchase and i needed something substancial to do the job. Im in my 60's so i needed something that i could handle safely and something reliable and easy to use. After much research i opted for this machine and it has fulfilled everything i wanted. It is really to start and operate and cuts through the hedge like butter. If i were to purchase another hedge trimmer i would look no further than this. Superb piece of equipment.

When I received my new hedge cuuter from Amazon I was somewhat dubious as whether it was new or not. The packaging was scuffed, torn etc and had been taped up albeit there was no evidence it had been used Was relieved to find the machine intact. I soon had it started up (Easy). I had to search around it to find the primer bubble which was quite hidden and akward to operate. Once I read the manual and went around the machine I feel confident I will not suffer any more such problems. The engine is sweet and relativity quiet with instant response to the throttle. The machine is not too heavy for me to manage. The feel of it is one of quality and of good design. I have still got my Gladiator 550 which I bought in 2005. That has worked so hard on tall conifer trees and a small area of hawthorn bush so I have every faith in the brand. I am so pleased with it and glad I went for this model. Talk about christmas coming early. Thats what I felt like with this new 'Toy'.

My first petrol powered garden tool and pleasantly surprised at ease of use. I ordered a petrol/oil mixing bottle too, which is kinda essential really. It starts and restarts very well/easily. It does start to get heavy after 20 mins or so of use, so pace yourself! Deals with some pretty thick branches too! Would highly recommend.

Machine cuts well but is heavy! However, the handle on the power cord snapped on the first day. Here's the emsage I finally left on their FB page: I am trying to contact your company to say I can't find the serial number on my hedge trimmer to register it and to request a replacement part (cord handle) which snapped on the day it arrived. None of the numbers on the machine are recognised by your system. Your instructions as to where to find the number are cut off mid sentnece on your website. I gave up after 45 minutes being kept on hold when I tried to call I can't email you without the serial number. But that's what I am trying to contact you about in the first place!

Jaja, man packt das Ding aus und sieht auf den ersten Blick, dass es aus China kommt. Dann kippt man eine Ladung Aspen-Mix in den Tank und merkt, dass trotzdem alles selbsterklärend ist. Anschließend lässt man die Heckenschere an, wütet damit los und stellt fest: Das fetzt rrrrrrrrrichtig. Um es deutlich zu sagen: Die Schere hat ordentlich Power und lacht sogar über gut und gerne fingerdicke Äste. Was ich damit schon an normaler Hecke und vor allem dem miesesten, fiestesten Drecksgewächs in meinem Garten - wilde Brombeeren - weggemacht habe, geht auf keine Kuhhaut. Machen Sie sich darauf gefasst, dass sich der Apparat in Ihren Händen etwas wobbelig anfühlen wird. Das liegt aber nur an der weichen Dämpfung bzw. Vibrationsentkopplung - die funktioniert ebenfalls prächtig. Was mir auch richtig gut gefällt ist der drehbare hintere Griff. Der ist irre praktisch, um die Senkrechten von Hecken zu kappen und lässt sich mit einem Finger entriegeln, sehr gut gemacht. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Ding wiegt mehr als meine Husqvarna 135 Kettensäge (gefühlt und spürbar, nicht auf die Waage gestellt), da musste ich doch ein bisschen schmunzeln. Soll aber kein Grund sein, dafür nen ganzen Stern abzuziehen. Dafür mag ich die Heckenschere längst zu gern, weil sie in meinem Garten zum unverzichtbaren Vollstrecker geworden ist.

Tras un año de uso, la máquina arranca y funciona perfectamente.
