I didn’t find derma rollers to be very effective. I was looking for a micro needling pen and came across this stamp. The adjustable needles are fantastic to control the depth of a micro needling. The instructions guide you on which depth to use for which areas of your face and head. I use it to help with some deeper wrinkles and slight sagging. It isn’t very painful except for on the neck a little, however, the results are totally worth a little bit of discomfort! Use with a high-quality serum of your choice and you would love the results! For less than seven dollars you get 10 micro needling sessions. I will definitely buy this again and again, definitely recommend I soaked it and alcohol before and after each use. I have recommended it to several friends. It is even better than going to professional less downtime and great results.

I bought this product as a second microdermastamp for my face. The first one I bought is a round one and this is a rectangular one. Each help you get at different angles on your face. This is a great product if you want to open up your pores and rebuild your skin bearer and for product to go deeper into your skin. It cleans well and did not appear to irritate my skin. I would recommend this product

This has been the best derma roller I've used to far. It's adjustable, and it comes with its own cap/stand. Start on the lower end sizes and over time, if you need to, gradually add length to the needles. To me the pain level at first is the most 'painful', more like stinging, but you get used to it. It is really not that bad. I use it on my least hair dense spots on my beard and it's been working for me. Needles are durable and sharp enough to give you those pricks to induce blood flow and hair growth. Just remember to clean it every-time you use it .

I haven’t used it for more than two weeks, but it definitely has some needles in it and you can feel it penetrate better than other ones. I’ve used so hopefully I get good results.!

So far I feel like it’s working. I have indented ice pick scars and I did 1.5 mm and after the first session I feel like I see improvement. Very affordable useful tool. I went over the areas about around 3-4 times and applied hyluronic acid afterwards. My face was really sensitive. It took me a day before I could really wash my face like I usually do. I didn’t see improvement immediately but a like 2-3 weeks later it looked better. I recommend doing your research before you use this so you don’t damage your skin. On what needle you should use for what you’re trying to treat, and how long you should wait between sessions.

I’ve been using this derma stamp since September 2025 on my scalp, along with hair serums, and I’m finally seeing results. Before adding this, I was using serums alone and wasn’t seeing any improvement, so this has made a noticeable difference in my routine. The needles are sharp but the process is completely pain-free, which I really appreciate. It’s easy to use and feels well-made and durable. Overall, this is a great quality tool at an affordable price. If you’re using hair serums and not seeing results, adding this may help improve effectiveness. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The needles are so thin you can barely feel them insert partially into your skin. I have the biggest pain-aversion I’ve ever known someone to have. I hate needles and sometimes have to suffer from cysts because sticking a needle hurts too much. These are great because you can control the length of the needles and use a short length to gently use on your skin to help serums be absorbed better into the dermis. However, they’re also great for those who deal with cysts and are too scared of and aversive to using needles to drain them. I angle it just slightly to get one corner to barely go through some area of a cysts and because the needles are so thin, a little pressure does it and is barely noticeable. You can do it just enough to get an opening to squeeze stuff out of cysts.

This thing fantastically easy to use and I could tell a difference after using it just a few times. The bottom twists to raise and lower the needles and theirs directions on the box. It really doesn’t hurt at all! I was surprised by that. It’s a great product for the price. I raise the needles up and soak it in some rubbing alcohol to disinfect it. It definitely helps with absorption.

This item has very poor instruction on how to use. I used it once after applying serum to my face and woke up with red, rectangular, sore depressions in my face. It’s now in the trash can.
