Easy
Plug it in, load the software, setup the high and low temps with an email address and forget about it. Works fine on a MS Small Biz Server box and a Linux Server.

Great product - works perfectly
I bought the THUM for a project that includes the Raspberry Pi to monitor temperature and humidity in a vacation home. It works perfectly!!! Practical Design Group was very supportive in quickly providing drivers for the Raspberry Pi hardware environment. I was able to modify their existing Linux package Perl scripts very quickly to accomplish all of my objectives. The readings are very stable and very accurate. My solution did not require the use of a powered USB hub external to the Raspberry Pi. KUDOS to Practical Design Group - well done ! A great product.

Quality Product
The device works fine, but its the software that makes it robust. It's able to store all of our data to SQL and email us alerts whenever our server room gets above our set temp of 80 degrees. Will purchase other units for other server rooms.

Good
Never got it to work at all, unfortunately. Edit: Eventually did work.Something about USB3.0 not being compatible, I don't remember. Some silly restriction that we could work around, luckily.

Accurate and Simple
This is a very simple and accurate piece of equipment. Even the software is easy to install and understand. The readings are accurate and the software is able to store the readings in a database in case you need it for further analysis.

Great product, especially for the price
We have been using these in our 2 server rooms for over 4 years. I just moved one to a new server and was reminded just how easy they are to setup. Took me 5 minutes to get it fully configured for monitoring and email notification.
