I needed a hint that could put out 20 Amps. This fit the bill and tested for several hours at that output.

If connected device consumes less than 0.3amp, this thing will not show it. Not good but not the end of the day. Controls are somewhat intuitive but not easy either. Entire device is compact and well built but it should really be larger and with more presets

Horrible quality! On 3/25/25 I purchased one of the I84020's. We use it to charge and balance security camera batteries. One morning I came into the shop to a dead display? Turns out the fuse was blown, no problem, I will just replace it. The split second I plugged it in I heard the fuse pop? It had been charging a 7Ah lead acid battery at 14.4V and .7A. I tried to contact BSide and they were unresponsive. I then contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement on 4/25/25. Yesterday, I was charging a pair of 7Ah batteries in parallel at 1.4A & 14.4V I left the shop for 20 minutes and came back to a dead display, again. I pulled the fuse and it was again blown. Due to the last debacle I now had spares. Same exact failure as last time, replace fuse plug into wall POP! On top of all this the the software has never worked! Save your money ,this company does not respond and the quality of this power supply is abysmal... I now have ten+ emails to BSide with ZERO help....
