This thing is so cool!! I love seeing it react to different music or general audio. I also love that the lights can transition from one color to another or you can set it to your favorite color. It’s the perfect little desktop buddy and has an odd calming effect. It works really great and exactly as advertised.

This thing is awesome. It looks great and is very fun to watch. When I first unboxed it the ferrofluid was broken up into a lot of small bubbles that would not join together, but after being powered on for an hour or so it all stuck together and looks much nicer. There is also a small air bubble that floats at the top of the glass, visible when kicked back at 45° on the stand. With some careful maneuvering I was able to hide the bubble in the fill hole located at about 1:30. Now it looks perfect!One other note: the picture looks like it can display multiple colors at the same time. It cannot. The backlight is RGB and will color cycle or stay on a user selectable static color, but it is a solid color at all times, not the pink, blue, and purple all shown at once as in the product image.

I was hesitant on this product but my husband insisted we get it as a gift for nieces.It is really cool, lights moving to sound looks amazing ( and is addicting)whether you are talking or music is playing, the magnetic movement is hypnotic.
