This was shipped in a simple bubblewrap amazon envelope and not the usual secure paper netting when you order from Hourglass directly. Luckily my palette arrived intact and is gorgeous .For the same price I would expect to get the upgraded packing!

It came broken sent it back and it’s been over 5 weeks and no refund
