I didn't think a controller of this price could be this high-quality. It feels very solid, and works perfectly. It even comes in a protective case!

This is very good for price strike that excellent period I'm using on steam deck with external monitor easy Bluetooth hook up and has 2.4 dongle and wired if catching interference no cable included update 3 days latter not connecting to Bluetooth 0r dongle after turning on system reconnecting every time sucks

Great build quality, connects perfectly every time.
Wonderful piece of equipment. Use USB to my PC and it works flawlessly. Can't remember the last time I had to charge it and I've had it for months. Build quality is good, buttons feel good.

Great but very complicated
LOVE using this controller! Quality is great and the colors are adorable!! Only thing is... setting it up and connecting it is an impossible task. Its not just "turn on pairing and connect" you have to press an variety of random buttons each time. And the buttons are different for each device! So me: who uses this controller on my switch/pc bluetooth/pc dongle/phone, every time I was to connect, I HAVE to look up the user's manual because it's like enchanting a complicated witches spell for each device. I have the manual saved on my phone because there's no way Im memorizing 10 different button combinations. It's like "press home and A for pairing for pc dongle, however after pressing that you also have to hold down home and screenshot for 3 seconds to activate pairing mode, tehn hold it again" like huh??? Every single time too! No automatic pairing or remembering device. No simple "turn on and connect" Unnecessarily complicated. Besides that, I absolutely love the controller

DO NOT BUY GAMESIR!!!
DO NOT BUY ANY GAMESIR CONTROLLER!! For some reason they changed the app for their controllers and it does not work! The only way I got this to work was directly wired and even then when you turn on the Gamesir connect app nothing worked. There are a few videos online explaining how screwed up their app is and apparently they don't care. It will not connect to Bluetooth if you put the dongle in first and then you have to update the firmware for the dongl to work and then it really gets whacked. Look for the videos. Until Gamesir fixed their app I'll never buy another product from them. Sad because they have a good reputation and the controller seemed well made for a low end controller, but it's worthless unless you use the cord and even then it's hell trying to map the buttons. DO NOT BUY!!

Good value, good quality, Bluetooth works great
Great quality controller for the price, I had no issues with Bluetooth as others have reported. For Bluetooth pairing: power it off, then hold the home button (looks like a rooster) + B button until it flashes blue. Would buy again.

Not a good buy if you enjoy having a controller that stays connected.
Have to update my review after only about 4 months. It doesn't keep a connection with the dongle. I'd return it if I could but I'm well past the return window. Will try bluetooth mode but I really shouldn't HAVE to. This issue happens on both my PC's. Will not be buying another one from this company, which is unfortunate because it feels good in the hand and worked great at first.

Best budget controller on the market
This was my first experience with GameSir after trying countless brands of controllers, and they actually amazed me with the quality of the controller. It feels so nice and smooth in the hand and the hall-effect sticks are great and very accurate.

This controller is so good, ive been using this controller for half a year and it has still no issues compared to the ps5 controller i bought for almost a 100. I love it!
