The tires could be a bit softer but still grips really good
Just started into rock crawlers it's great does everything it's supposed to do steering and grip Is great the battery life is good as long as your not full throttle of course but for the drive shaft front and rear are plastic so far so good tho otherwise it's a very durable truck easy functions to tune everything in and definitely worth the price

Love this RC……BUT
Out of the box I had to make adjustments to allow the front axel to properly move without abstraction.That’s the fun with RC.You will learn lots.The Major down side is after a good 2 years of total fun I broke a front axel shaft.Most all RC’s sell shafts but not this brand AKARemo Hobby.So after hours of headache and time wasted on the parts site nothing ever arrived.So I replaced axels and leads to replacing much more .So it was a good buy.

Purchase as a project
This truck is not durable at all. It broke on day one, and every other time after that. I have basically rebuilt the whole truck at this point.
