I really like these. Only needed one. It's sturdy enough to last for years, I'm sure. Super shiny. I gutted my kitchen and got everything I love in my remodeled one, including a pricey sink, and these are a much better fit than the cheapo strainer I got from the grocery store. The slightly larger holes than window-screen mesh make sense, because anything small enough to get through the hole will wash down the drain just fine.Smaller meshes get gunked up with grease and heavy liquids like soup and don't work at all. You want soup to get through. I've used this a few weeks now and it is perfect.

Keeps kitchen tools out of the disposal! And when you do not have a disposal, everything off the dishes goes down the drain. Add cutting flowers or washing lettuce and you can plug up a pipe very quickly. We tried two other products before we found this one and we are glad we did. After rinsing or cleaning produce, it is simple to grasp the wide rim and with a sharp tap inside the garbage bag the strainer is clear. They come in a pair--one for each side and they fit very well. We are pleased owners.

Just moved into a new house and wanted to replace the current sink strainer that came with the house (I'm on a septic so it's important to catch food particles before they go down the drain). The quality of this one is so much better - especially the strainer portion which is solid stainless steel instead of mesh wire. Plus the strainer portion is shorter and doesn't "sit" on top of the sink drain (which has been discolored black guessing because the two metals were in contact). Great purchase! Probably the least expensive upgrade ever! Plus i got two :)

I just received these sink drain strainers last week, but so far they have been great. I no longer have to worry about losing any flatware, spoons, forks, etc., down the drain to be chewed up by the garbage disposal. I’m happy with this product and the seller.

Fits& looks polished, does a good job keeping drain in clogged.Of course one draw back cannot block drain.But I use it..it’s an upgrade

I should have bought these years ago. They fit perfectly, are easy to clean, and don't get a build up of sludge on the bottom like the original drain strainers that came with the sink and garbage disposal.I would need to return in a year or so to follow-up on the durability feature, since I bought them less than a month ago. (Bought October 28, 2018)September 2021 update:About a year after I started using this strainer, rust developed in the sink where the edge of the strainer touches. I haven't been able to stop the rust, so stopped using the strainers until I can control the rust. I'll be replacing these strainers with plastic ones in the future.

I just have to say these are amazing. You know how food particles gets under any sink drain from the edges somehow? Not this one. It stops it. Don’t care I have to clean it out more. Better for septic. Loooove this. Best thing I’ve bought for our new house. Been using for three months. And yes we pet dishes pile up. But we’re tryibg to be better.

I've bought dozens of wire mess strainers. The wire quickly pulls out of the rim and a brush is needed to clean them. This strainer is all one piece so it can't break, it's stainless steel, easy to clean AND IT LOOKS GREAT. So glad I found it.
