As a guy in my late thirties, I have invested a lot more into skincare over the last year and I have tried myriad products, typically mid-range/affordable to very high-end and this retinal skin booster is one of my favorites. I’m new to retinoids, and I am grateful to have found this early on in my journey. Despite the strength of retinal vs. retinol, I prefer this serum to the retinol I was using before. I think it is kinder to my somewhat sensitive skin and it really does give my skins boost! I will say that I have not yet used this more than two nights in a row, but I plan to do so now that we are entering the winter months. But I will say that living in the high desert that I have not experienced any issues or increased sensitivity, but I am mindful of sun exposure and daily spf 50. But this serum works! My skin looks refreshed s d brighter after one night of use. My skin looks and feels great and after washing my face the next morning, my skin is neither dry nor greasy, but well balanced. It also does well with layering of other products without becoming sticky or heavy. I see this on sale often, but even if it’s not it is still reasonably priced for the results it delivers. Dk yourself (and your skin) a favor and give this one a shot. I recommend it to a lot of friends and I would highly suggest that you try it, too, if you’re looking for an accessible and wallet friendly way to level up your skincare routine.

My skin felt great with this product, felt super smooth and bouncy without any irritation. Lightweight formula, which meant it absorbed quickly (making it easier to follow up up with moisturizers) and it applied evenly (which can reduce the risk of irritation.) Also very affordable for a retinoid.

Update 3/2/26: I’m still using this serum, but a little differently now. I’ve subscribed to Musely prescription skincare & use their spot cream (hydroquinone) and their anti-aging cream (tretinoin). It’s somewhat expensive and you’re supposed to only use 1 pump each time. My skin is rather dry and I can’t get just 1 pump to cover my entire face. So now I mix that 1 pump of prescription cream in with a few pumps of this serum - a few nights per week. It goes on so much easier now. And the other nights I just use this serum by itself without the prescription skincare added in. Update 12/9/25: I’ve been using this serum every day now, sometimes even twice a day without any sensitivity or issues. I still use 5 pumps and massage into my face, neck, chest, backs of hands and sometimes put a little more onto my forearms. My complexion seems to be brighter since using. I’m 51 years old and been using this retinal serum a couple of times per week for 2 weeks now. I’ve experienced no issues. It feels great going on - no stickiness. I’ve been using 5 pumps in the evening and it’s more than enough to cover my face, neck, shoulders, chest and back of my hands. I haven’t seen a difference in fine lines or hyperpigmentation just yet, but hoping to eventually. Since I haven’t had any issues with it for 2 weeks - I’m about to start using it every day.

Ordered another one! This is a really great product! Works well to moistueurize, smooth and plump. Only been a week, but I can see and feel a marked difference.

Well well well...would you look at this stuff...it actually WORKS!!!!! How refreshing! I have bought more products than I care to admit to....for sun spots...none ever worked. THIS STUFF...after my 2nd application (bare skin then cover serum with a moisturizer) and my legs and arms are all but spot free!! SHOCKING!! I was so thrilled I came back for 2 more bottles. Those ugly sun spots have been banished. Back of my hands look amazing too. Imagine if I used it daily...lol! It has zero smell, no sting, did not cause redness or drying. DO be sure to give it a couple minutes to set..and layer a lotion or moisturizer over it. I use on face then ams and legs. It IS a tiny bit sticky but dries quickly! I put it on the backs of my hands at bedtime, again layer a hand lotion OVER it....but what a gold mine! I've had the best luck ever with this product!!

It’s not like THE BEST retinal out there I don’t think but it doesn’t break me out, doesn’t clog my pores, works quickly, and best part is that it’s affordable and comes in a large size. I don’t have sensitive nor incredibly acne prone skin but I do have pore that clog up VERY easily even when the product is light weight and labeled noncomedogenic. I get pimples right underneath my skin from my pores getting clogged slowly over time from the wrong products. With how I’ve had no problems with this serum, I give it a big fat stamp of approval. It’s not sticky, absorbs pretty quickly, slightly hydrates (enough for me bc I have oily skin), and has a light scent naturally from the ingredients. I used to use the some bi mi retinol intense and that one worked a tiny bit better for my skin but it’s def not enough to make the size and price of it worth it im comparison to this serum.

Sehr gutes Produkt, das auch mit hervorragend von Yuka bewertet wurde. Bei schlechter Haut brennt es etwas, aber dennoch kann man schnell Verbesserungen erkennen, die Haut heilt schneller ab. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, für den Preis habe ich gleich zwei gekauft!

ordered on the 11th feb we are now on the 24th of feb so just about 2 weeks of use and can already see such a difference to my skin been using once a day in the morning with a vitamin c moisturiser and a spf cream and its clearing my skin so well! definitely an amazing product especially for the price!
