That would be Ella Bella customer service! This hairdryer is a little gem and perfect for my needs. It’s lightweight and it folds. The dryer is easy to hold and fits easily into a small cabinet drawer. It is hot enough to dry my thick hair and the results are excellent. After having purchased this dryer, I did have a problem with it. But Ella Bella representative, Ruth, was immediately kind and responsive. She sent out a new one and made certain that it was what I wanted. I have to say that I’ve never received such great customer service from any Amazon vendor. Since I do a lot of traveling, this compact dryer is great. Buy one and you will see it’s worth it.

My wife loves this little blow dryer. Drying time is cut in half and the weight and thickness is perfect. She loves the color and the fact that it folds for travel. The attachment is nice. WARNING; this blow dryer will not work in Italy even with the converter. That was disappointing since it said it would.

Ella Bella was ranked tops for 2025! . It is lightweight, strong materials in it's engineering and travels. It has the most powerful drying fan, 3 heat/fan levels plus a coldshot button and easy to use. To fold it, you must use a smallish button that could be improved, take your time and you will be able to get it to "close." It is a breeze to clean the filter. When you wish to check the heat/fan power levels look on the gold rim directly above the buttons. It has one attatchemt; works great with my round ceramic/ion brush. . After using this for a month, I couldn't be happier. The Ella Bella is living up to the top ratings that it has been given. The company gives a two year warranty. I dare say this was incredibly more affordable than other hightly rated hair dryers. My hair stylist was impressed!

Absolutely love this blow dryer! Light weight, compact and dries hair really fast. Customer service is fantastic. The handle broke and I sent a text and received a response immediately. Brand new blow dryer was sent in 2 days!! They definitely stand by their warranty!! Would highly recommend!
