I already have two Microscopes but wanted one with a larger monitor and higher resolution so ordered the Tomlov TM4K-AF. I certainly wasn't disappointed, the image quality is excellent and the autofocus makes things so much easier. My only disappointment was that it didn't come with the ring light that was apparently included. I didn't bother returning it just to get a new ring light as I already have one with my other scope and have ordered a polarised one anyway. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Worth considering. It gives good results and is relatively easy to use and assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to get it up and working. I purchased it to assist my 73 year old eyes with fine technical work, such as soldering, and also my coin collecting. The auto-focus works well, and is quite fast, considering the relatively low price, but the focus mechanism does "hunt" a bit. I've obtained clear images in use. The construction is reasonably robust, and the swing arm from the column give a reasonable coverage. at full height the working area is about 5-7 cm diameter, but it is easy to move the microscope to inspect other areas. It is not obvious from the product description, but you can connect the microscope as an active camera to a Windows PC via the USB-C cable, similarly you can download files from the microscope via the same cable, so no need to use the SD card for file transfer. Cons: The microSD slot is fiddly in use and latching the mcroSD card can take a few attempts. I had the "photo" facility freeze a few times, and i had to reboot to take the image to their micro SD card; I suspect this is a software bug related to autofocus in this relatively new system and I'll be contacting their support. The type font in their manual is tiny and difficult to read if your eye sight is sub-par; they should provide a URL to a pdf file that could be enlarged for viewing. Overall: I like the unit, it is easy to use and with a reasonably sturdy construction. Value for money. If you desktop space is limited, the flex version may be a better choice.

Had the unit for a few days and it works really well. Quick and easy to assemble. The only change was the ring light, I found a much smaller on on Amazon that powers from the USB port on the rear of the screen. Which fits and works perfectly. Also powers on and off from the main power switch.

Very effective microscope with a versatile stand that allows coverage of a good area. Very easy to operate with autofocus and included ring light, though the microscope’s own LED’S create undesirable reflections.

Der Autofocus ist teilweise sehr langsam! Der LED Zusatzring, diesen kann man unten an das Objektiv befestigen, ist keine 5€ wert! Absolutes Gelump !!! Lieber ein paar Euro mehr in die Hand nehmen und was gescheites kaufen. Edit. 19.11.2025 Es wurde vom Verkäufer nachgebessert jetzt ist es so wie es sein soll! Ein Top Gerät, Vergrößerung perfekt, sowie Verarbeitung der LED Beleuchtung. Der Kundenservice ist 1. Klassik. Nur zu empfehlen

+ Die Fernbedienung lauft sehr gut habe sie an der Wand dahinter befestigt und es geht trotzdem. auf dem Bild sieht man das noch nicht habe das erst später gemacht. + Gerade der Autofocus ist sehr praktisch und mit der Fernbedienung verwackelt man nichts das möchte ich nicht vermissen. + Die zusätzliche Beleuchtung ist sehr gut und bringt gutes Licht man wird ja älter .. - Negativ die zusätzliche Lampen Befestigung, es hält zwar wen man es extrem anzieht aber man könnte das besser machen mit schleierhaft wer sich das ausgedacht hat bei Rundungen.. und zudem bitte gleich mit einem Netz Kabel alles einspeisen wäre toll. - Wie andere schon geschrieben haben einschalten geht nur am gerät warum .. ein Rätsel vermutlich hat wen ausgeschalten der IR Empfänger keinen Strom > Platinen Layout ändern bitte. Die Befestigung habe ich abgeändert keine Boden Platte genutzt, nicht das die nicht gut wäre aber es Stört mich das es Metall ist bei Elektronik Löten da ist die Holzplatte angenehmer. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder kaufen.

È un bel microscopio visione nitida ottimo autofocus materiale di qualità media non riesco però a passare ad ingrandimento superiore a 4x quindi sto cercando aiuto prima di decidere la restituzione
