After shouting into an underpowered megaphone for the last 6 years to guide my marching band in our parade and field practices (or destroying my voice not using any amplification!), I finally sprung for an upgrade! This was very reasonably priced, and I didn't quite believe it would meet my needs, but I had to try it. It has been awesome so far! Sound quality is so-so, but it's very understandable as I'm teaching a halftime show to my 50-member high school band from up by the press box. When I call "Stop Stop Stop!," they actually hear me and stop! It's loud enough I can hear the echo off the opposing hillside that's about 150 yards away. Definitely a big upgrade. I've also used the aux port to plug in a metronome to help them feel the tempo. Considering a second one so I can have someone run that metronome from the field while I'm up top.

Loud and clear bullhorn! Siren has only 1 volume setting only and very loud, the talk volume can be adjusted on the handset mic. Note the Pyle Model: PRTPMP5BAT rechargeable battery pack will also work in the PYLE-PRO 50W Megaphone Speaker PA Bullhorn Model: PMP53IN successfully, just take out the plastic 8 C cell battery guide and slide in the rechargeable pack.

Works perfectly. Nice and loud. The siren is extremely loud. You can definitely be heard using this megaphone. Easy to use. No problems getting the batteries in. Love the arm strap. Excellent quality. BIG. I hooked it to my pants loop. Looks exactly like the pic. Highly Recommend.

I have purchased bullhorns for 15 years for a labor union. We are hard on them. We used the Radio Shack powerhorn until they closed. For a recent project I bought a dozen of these. Generally they are a modern rebuild of the 80s Powerhorn (some parts are the same). The fatal flaw is the microphone. The tiny screw holding the volume thumbwheel should be secured with a glue so it won't come loose, but that is not happening. The screws fall out on the ground, so you can't repair them. When I figured what was happening I opened up each microphone casing (remove the little sticky label, there is a screw behind it), and put a little hot glue on the head. But you shouldn't have to do that. The other thing is that the microphone is not water proof. During some heavy rain, several bullhorns failed. So don't get them wet. Generally a good update on the Powerhorn, very good value, but they need to address some quality control issues.

Great product! I bought it used but it performs like its brand new!!!

I had to send this product back because the “siren” sound is not but a “knocking” sound (by the way had to pay over $20 for shipping at USPS to return it- which I don’t get refunded for). Anyway, asked for the same product because I thought it was a one-off type of situation. BUT the second product also came with the same defect sound. Also, when you talk the sounds goes on and off. I would say for the price is not good and they also ship the product in a plain box without any protection. In the end I returned it.

Love it. Me encantó... Easy to use, you cand either speak thru the back or the little holder. Pretty loud. I was surprised how loud could be.
