Full ease of pain
I was at a loss to ease a pain from a muscle in my neck. I went to a pharmacy which refused to refer or recommend any medication. I did not want to go to a walk in clinic as they are so very expensive. An appointment with my doctor was weeks away. I finally found this product and it immediately eased the tremendous pain I was having. It allowed me to sleep and get better in a matter of days. I am hooked on this product for any pain on joints or muscles.

Good supplement to reduce tight muscles
New user, have ongoing issues with sciatica due to an injury at work. Been long distance driving and aggravated the injury. So far I enjoy that the supplements have not given me a stomach ache, most herbal supplements I have taken done that in the past. I feel minor relief where the sharp pains down my legs has decreased. I think in time every thing will loosen back up. When I bought these pills I was in a really bad way for about 3 weeks. Now I can tolerate walking on my walking pad.

That they help you sleep

Lower tablets than recommended
Why does the manufacturer state on the bottle 3 tablets daily and yet they only have 60 tablets in the bottle? Not right.

A good supplement for joint pain
Although I have to take more than recommended, I find it helps wirh the ease of movement and muscle spasms.
