It definitely makes you sweat!
Took this pre workout for the first time this morning (at 5:45am) it is currently 8:06 and still feel like I’m sweating! I don’t normally take pre workout as I don’t like the feeling of itching but didn’t get any of that with this. Felt more focused during the workout, was able to push harder than normal without fatigue. Personally really like the taste and it mixed well.
