I’ve been using these consistently for about 6–8 months, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my joints—there’s no longer any crunching or popping. My skin feels more hydrated, and my hair is growing, though I do take a separate hair supplement as well. Since starting my GLP-2 journey, I’ve been very consistent with these, along with vitamin D3 and a multivitamin. I’m extremely satisfied with this product. One of the biggest advantages is that the pills are easy to take, unlike many other supplements I’ve looked into that require large capsules and multiple doses per day. I will definitely continue to purchase these.

I've been using these for over a year with no complaints. I love these. Theym are significantly smaller than the previous brand of collagen peptides I was using. They were a bit large, and hard to swallow. The multi collagen peptides softgel-Type I, II, III, V,X- Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides with Biotin,.... don't give me any such problems. I;ve included a picture so that you can visualize the difference in size between these soft gels and those capsules. All of the exact same ingrediants plus biotin. For me it was a "no-brainer"decision to switch. The results ? ... all good, so far. I'm a dude who's in his late fifties who sheds more than my cat. Is it going to grow my hair back ? No, but I think using these suppliments (along with monoxidil and finasteride) is helping me keep what I have left for a lot longer than I could have without using these. There are fewer hairs in the sink every morning than there used to be. Price, and size is right. I'll continue using these and update the review if I need to.

This product is now my favorite collagen supplement, and trust me, I have tried over thirty brands. This is a high quality product and I noticed an improvement in my skin and hair only a week after starting this supplemen. I highly recommend this product.

After buying these multiple times giving them another chance each time, I will not be buying these ever again. Each shipment got worse and worse with capsules having broken inside leaving a slime inside the bottle. Each capsule being stuck to one another coated in the slime. I had to throw 3/4 of a bottle once! I think this is my first negative review on a product, I just don't like doing them, but I know that these types of reviews have helped me in the past.

Has a high concentration of collagen which is more then others... And not huge capsules very happy.
