No issues, definitely had better energy later in the day and my cardio improved.

I bought these tabs after listening to Gary Brecka. This is the product I could find in the UK at the time and I did not read the label before buying. Please NOTE: These tabs have a content of 12.09% Magnesium content only! The product that Gary Brecka endorses has 19% as does Dr. Mercola, H2 Molecular Hydrogen, 80 mg, 30 Tablets!!!! As I understand it, it's the magnesium content that we want and this has been reduced by almost 8%, so what are we taking if they say the amount per serving is 80mg? I also noted that this product has an additional ingredient called Sodium Stearyl Furnarate???? Cross referencing it indicates this may cause skin irritations and allergies. I definately won't be buying them again.

Feeling a burst of energy. But 1/2 a tablet is all I need. 1 tablet gives me slight headache.

I find these great, I have ordered more because I felt a good difference in my energy and clarity levels.

Excellent product, tested using titration test and produces a good amount of hydrogen in your water.

I didn't notice any difference in the beginning. I'm continuing mix it in to my drink to see if there is any long term benefits.

Why am I not discovered this product a long time ago. This is so exhilarated refreshing and energizing. This is better than electrolytes. I mix mine and juices because I did not like it in the water but it works just the same. I feel energized and refreshed every time I have one of these. I put these on subscription just because it is so good. It makes me feel so refreshed, energized and alert. Just add one to 8 ounces of juices or tea or whatever you fancy. Maybe you like it and just regular water. But I just like a little flavor in mine. Try it this will make you feel so refreshed and energized.

I don’t know what this does because I feel absolutely no difference. Waste of money!
