Good product. My goto protein for smoothies.
Good product. I don't do dairy so for decades I have relied on Pea Protien blends. This stuff is so much better. It tastes better, it is not gritty. It doesn't cause gas. It is more expensive, but it is now my go to as it is worth the price premium over pea protein. Also it is more bio-available.

I bought these for cocktails but use it in baking too
I love a whiskey sour and other drinks that are shaken and foamy. I've wanted to be able to make them at home and found out egg whites are used. When I was baking cookies recently they came out flat and an AI suggested including egg whites and flour. Using these egg whites was perfect because it didn't add more liquid and it mixed in easily.

Clean protein source that mixes better than expected
I decided to try this egg white protein powder because I wanted a simple protein option without dairy or whey. Overall it’s been a solid alternative, especially if you’re looking for a clean protein source. The powder mixes fairly well compared to some other egg white proteins I’ve tried. When shaken in a bottle or blended into a smoothie, it dissolves pretty smoothly without too many clumps. The texture is lighter than whey and doesn’t feel heavy after drinking it. The flavor is mild, which makes it easy to mix with other ingredients like fruit, almond milk, or peanut butter. It doesn’t have a strong aftertaste, and it works well as part of a smoothie or post-workout shake. One thing I like about egg white protein is that it provides a good amount of protein while staying relatively low in carbs and fat. It’s also a good option for people who avoid dairy-based proteins. Pros: • Good dairy-free protein option • Mixes fairly smoothly in shakes or smoothies • Mild flavor that blends well with other ingredients • High protein content per serving Cons: • Slight egg flavor if mixed only with water • Best results when blended or shaken well Overall, this is a good egg white protein powder if you want a simple, dairy-free protein supplement that works well in smoothies and shakes.

Perfect addition
I am on subscription with this product. It’s great. I get four at a time. I add a scoop to my protein shake (happy Viking/ triple chocolate shout out) for more protein. No taste, easy to mix in.

Very chalky tasting
It required a very large scoop for a limited amount of protein. It tasted like chalk. I put it in a smoothie and it was too chalky tasting to me. I even split the smoothie in half and added more fruit to each half it did not help get rid of the taste.
