There's 2 versions of the Four Sigmatic Cordyceps available on Amazon, one which is £19.07 and the second one which is £30.29. The second one is supposed to be an updated version, as you can see on the product picture it says "Upgraded recipe" and the label on the bottom says "REVIVE with CORDYCEPS". That's not what I received. I've put some pictures of the product I received, and it taste and feel exactly as the £19.07 product.

Honestly it's an influencing money scam! Bought it ended up with a headache. It's all bull 💩 I am gutted that l was influenced by the fakers. It didn't work it didn't do anything. I will never EVER be influenced by the fake 💯 people telling us all CR AP. I can save anyone from wasting their money l will sacrifice my money that l will NEVER get back....

This is my favorite Four Sigmatic product by far. I really hope they restock. It helps so much with athletic performance and recovery. I get more reps in the gym if I take it before a workout. It works by increasing efficiency of oxygen use in the muscles. So I can get more reps in if I take it before going to the gym and go harder on a shift if playing ice hockey. It’s a must-have for high elevation hikes when I visit the mountains. It really helps me acclimate. It has no caffeine, which is nice. It tastes like a light berry tea that also has some umami. I often mix it with coffee and milk pre-workout or throw it into a recovery smoothie post.

I'm on my four box of these and it was about time I expressed my satisfaction with this product. To preface, I've been experimenting with medicinal mushrooms for only about 6-9 months to optimize my body's performance, boost my immune system, and help chill my nerves when work gets crazy. I first read many synopsis of clinical studies about cordyceps and it's effect of human performance with regards to opening up of the blood vessels to allow more oxygen flow. I was trying the whole "let's have a redbull or starbucks before the gym" but I knew I needed to change that and purchased this from a recommendation from The Model Health Show podcast (please listen to a few episodes if you haven't already!). I can confidently say that there is a definitely change when I drink a glass of hot water with these 3g of cordyceps prior to going to the gym. I'm just a novice female weight lifter, no comps just want to be toned, but I broke through some heavy weights I was stagnant with. I get a slight body buzz from drinking this but there is no crash, no shakes, and no withdraw as with coffee. Taste is great too! I recommend to do a 8-10 ounce glass of water. Don't dilute it with more water than that, you'll miss the flavor! If you're looking to get a little boost, definitely give this a shot.

I love this product! I've tried other mushrooms before but never Cordyceps. I got interested as I read that it helps with adrenal fatigue which I've been suffering. I've been now using 10 packs of it and I feel a huge difference. My energy levels are up plus I don't feel the downs I felt just one week ago. This stuff is dual extracted and has 1500 mg of the real thing, Cordyceps mushroom, per packet. What I've read and compared, it's crazy high amount. It has nice but not too sweet taste to it because of stevia. I don't want to use complicated products and I can just carry these packs in my pocket or bag wherever I go. I usually mix this to my morning smoothie or when I want to get more taste to hot water as company suggests. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I have tried two of them... The "Boost" Taste: This one tastes the best IMO. Plain or with mixer/sweetener it has an pleasant, mild earthy taste. Effect: Provides focus more than energy, not the punch of coffee or tea, because it's not a stimulant, and because its not, you don't experience a crash. I rather like the taste and effect. The "Calm" Taste: This one has an unpleasant aftertaste for me, with or without mixer/sweetener, so I tend to just mix it plain and slam it LOL. Effect: Not a super noticeable effect or feeling per se, but I definitely seem to have an easier time getting to sleep and seem to sleep a touch better, if I have it close to bed, which is why I deal with the taste. For taste alone I prefer the "Boost", but I wouldn't recommend that close to bed. I don't know that it would keep you up, but I couldn't see it improving the quality of your sleep either.

Every morning with every coffee I add this. I’ll never go back to regular coffee. I LOVE THIS BRAND AND ALL THEY HAVE TO OFFER.
