Color doesn’t matter?
I don’t know the strength difference between the colors, which makes me wish I only had 1. But it’s incredibly stretchy and great for full body workouts

The Nzwn Nzwnxdtq Figure 8 Fitness Resistance Band, Elastic Bands for Working Out,Arm,Back Training Ela xdtq Figure 8 Fitness Resistance Band is lightweight, easy to use, and comfortable to hold. It’s great for light stretching, mobility work, and gentle toning exercises for arms, shoulders, and back. The material feels soft and elastic, and it’s compact enough to take anywhere. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for strength training — even the purple band (which is supposed to be the strongest) feels very light. If you’re looking to build serious resistance or muscle strength, this might not provide enough tension. Overall, it’s a good option for beginners, warmups, or low-intensity workouts, but not for strength-focused routines.

Je suis assez étonné des avis. J’ai reçu le colis dans un truc en plastic comme si j’achetais sur Shein. Le colis avait des traces de sang et ce n’est sûrement pas celui du livreur puisque c’était sous le scotch. J’étais assez dégouté de l’ouvrir. J’ai reçu deux bandes mauves et une rose au lieu de recevoir trois couleurs différentes. Je ne l’ai ai pas encore utilisé car je dois d’abord les désinfecter on ne sait jamais avec le sang… vu la qualité ils ne tiendront pas bien longtemps. Je pense que vous pouvez acheter la même chose sur des sites asiatiques pour 1/2 du prix.
