I love this countertop ice maker. It makes ice at a great pace, isn't obnoxiously loud, looks nice on the countertop, and didn't break the bank. Even came with bags to store ice in if you're making it in bulk for a party! Great for cocktail parties or summertime beverages when company is over and you're fridge can't seem to keep up. Saves trips to the gas station or liquor store for bags of ice, and will save money in the long run. It's a product you might not think you need, but when you have one, you'll wonder how you went without it!

This is a great ice maker. We have loved having it every day. It's so nice to have all the ice you want anytime you want it.

I like this Ecosy ice machine as it is easy to set up and use. Fairly quiet to run and nice size ice cubes. . I run it about every 2-3 days to keep my ice bucket full in my freezer. Ice maker and water dispenser quit working years ago in my GE Refrigerator/freezer. Highly don’t recommend GE refrigerator, as their plastic parts are thin and don’t hold up.

Nice machine, pretty loud when making ice. Ice does not break into small cubes and has to be broken up to use.

Not thrilled. The ice is far from clear and does not break apart. Waste of money.

This countertop ice machine does its job. With Easy to follow instructions and its low noise output, this ice maker has good output. It has large & small size ice. The small size takes 7 minutes to make. After 45 minutes, I can dump out the ice basket. If not emptied, the ice maker's red error light turns on. If water runs low in the reservoir, that light will be lit. The ice shape cools any drink to make it refreshing.

I really like this little ice machine. It works quickly. The only thing is that I can't tell the large ice from the small ice, which isn't a real problem. It does what I want it to. I'm glad I bought it.

After a year of using my Ecozy ice maker, I recently had an issue with the ice scoop paddle hinge. After contacting customer service and sending some pictures of the problem. I was sent a replacement ice maker! How's that for customer service! My house guests love this ice maker. it's quiet, easy to clean and backed by the best customer service I've ever experienced. I definitely recommend this product.

This ice maker works fine (although it's only been a few months) but is a little loud when dropping ice so don't let it run if you're planning on napping...... It's a nice size to fit on the counter top, and I liked the option of different colours. The ice scoop really doesn't work well with this machine as it is too big and you can't easily scoop the ice out, but the tray comes out easily so you can dump ice out if needed. Overall, happy with the purchase

UPDATED REVIEW 2 Customer service did replace but unfortunately the new machine failed in 6 WEEKS AGAIN. Apparently this machine is Only For Occasional Use. I told customer service I needed a machine that could be used consistently as my daughter has Cancer and ice is one thing she can hold down. They said this would work. It Didn't. And once again we have no machine, no ice and customer service will do nothing. Updated review Customer service is the best I've encountered in a while. The new ice maker they sent me works like a charm. My daughter says this one you can see, taste and smell the difference from the first one. With her treatment there are days when ice is all she can hold down, so having a good ice maker is a must. This has fit the bill perfectly. Bonus is the pretty colour. Quit working exactly 1 month and three days after getting. On posting review I was contacted by the company and they offered a replacement. So I'm upgrading to three stars from one. Once I get replacement ice maker and see how it works, rating could change again.

This is super easy to use, and, as advertised, creates ice in minutes. My granddaughter likes that the ice is shaped like a Barbie doll cup. However, the only cold part is where the ice is actually formed, and then it is dropped into a basket, where it immediately starts melting. The ice melt goes back into the water resvevoir, so no muss or fuss, but I still need to keep a part of my freezer for storing the ice, and it tends to all stick together, which are the two problems I was trying to solve. On the plus side, it is portable, and can sit on a drinks table for parties with its scoop, and absolutely fascinates everyone as it works and moves the ice into the basket.

Works great...started pumping out ice immediately. Seems well made. Only reason it only got 4 stars from me....is it is a BIT SMALLER than most of the ice makers available. Got it on sale, so that evens things out, but if I had paid full price..I would have been pissed!

This ice cube maker has been an excellent addition to my kitchen. It's compact enough to store and doesn't take up too much room on my counter top. The icemaker makes large and small ice cubes quickly. The ice bags and ice scoop included makes storing and serving ice super easy. I would definitely recommend this product.
