I ordered product in April and received quickly and was impressed with quality of product. I wanted to use for facial and a recent scar tissue from a broken shoulder.I liked everything about it except now after 5 months it will not charge. Since I had no issues with it beforehand I disposed of box and directions. Previously had no issues with charging. Disappointed now. I figured since I spent a little more on it I would get better lifetime.
