I do all of the cooking in my house and we have lots of dinner parties. Sometimes my knife skills slow me down and I need some assistance in the kitchen. This has proven to be a life saver time and time again. As I can easily dice onions, carrots, peppers or anything else in seconds! The mandolin is great when I want thinly sliced onions for smash burgers or Spanish omelettes. It's easy to take apart and reconstruct and once finished I just toss everything in the dishwasher. It comes with a nice glass storage container and a silicon slip mat which is a nice addition. If I were to have a complaint it would be all the parts and pieces. There are so many but I knew that from the get-go. I rearranged and made some room in my cupboards to dedicate to all the pieces. With that you can easily find the part you need and start dicing, slicing and noodling your vegetables! I read a few reviews with people having trouble putting everything together or having a hard time using the dicer. It's really simple to put everything together and the bonus is they have a lock and unlock switch so you know when everything is locked into place. There are two pieces on the bottom of the dicer that you squeeze to get the device in. A quick look at the bottom of the lid and you'll have it figured out. As for dicing sure you have to put a little bit of pressure but no where near all of your might as some reviewers have said. If you need a little extra help in the kitchen when prepping meals I would recommend this product. It will help you save time and it's quick to set up and take apart.

I love this handy chopper/slicer/grater. This is much better than the plastic one I already have. I could tell this company took great pride in the development of this chopper. The glass bowl is nice and heavy and comes with a handy lid, as well as a wonderful silicone mat to keep the bowl in place. The glass container also holds a heck of a lot more. I got tired of having to repeatedly empty the other container. You may be tempted to buy the cheaper, plastic chopper. Don't do it. Spend a little more and get this set. You'll be able to ditch your graters, too. The spiralizers included are very good, too, but I prefer the kind that you crank. This set also comes with a cut glove, making this safe for my slave labor to use. I just set it up for them - wouldn't let kids touch the blades. My grandsons love this and are happy to help out. I am a Very Bad Grandmother. I cut the onions into slices a little more than an inch thick and tell the kids whoever has less tears wins. Because the onions are in the container they can chop a lot of onions before they're blinded by tears. I have no idea why these children are fond of me. All kidding aside, this is one tool every kitchen should have. The only thing that could make it better is if the mandolin slicer was adjustable. I sometimes make potato chips and the various blades do not make thin enough slices. This also makes chopping a lot faster and makes nicer cuts than my food processor. And it leaves more time to drink wine, so it's a win-win. But this. You'll be happy you did. Eat your heart out, Gordon Ramsay! This grandma has nicely chopped food, too.

This dicer is by far the best chopper I have ordered thus far. Far outlasted the Sboly vegetable dicer I bought back in April 2019. Purchase date: Aug 7th, 2019 Review date: January 2nd, 2020 THE GOOD 1. I love the thick glass container. It's easy to clean and store fresh cuts. 2. The small and large dice blades are strong and work well with onions. 3. The opening and closing dicer mechanisms are sturdy. 4. The rubber mat to support glass container prevents bowl slippage. 5. All dicers inserts lock in place. 6. The cleaning tool works well to remove leftover veggies. 7. Easy to swap in the mandoline piece. THE BAD 1. The "Straight Cut" tool is "Extremely Sharp". I sliced off a small piece of my thumb when trying to slice purple and green cabbage for a slaw recipe. I ended up throwing this piece away because it was too dangerous for other family members. I had lost the slicer glove that came with the device. If you have to use the slicer tool you should "100%" use the safety glove and finger guard. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE SLICER BLADE without the SAFETY GLOVES AND FINGER GUARD!!!!!!!!!!

I have not tried all of the blades on this item yet, but have used it for several different purposes now so figured I would go ahead and review. First off, both my husband and I have accidentally cut ourselves on blades just getting them out of the container, so I've learned to put on the glove before even getting stuff prepped. Small Dice Blade - Have used this for both onions and celery so far. Onions are fairly easy to dice this way however I've learned that you need to quarter a medium size onion before putting each piece individually in the chopper. Celery on the other hand, was a lot harder to use, likely due too how fibrous it is. It eventually worked, but was difficult. Straight Cut - Used this to slice potatoes into small slices which was one of my main purposes for buying this item to begin with. My husband and I had always used a box cutter and I constantly hurt my hands trying to slice the potatoes on it. This worked much better and having the finger guard really helped as well. Large Grater - This is probably what kept it from getting a 5 star review the most... we attempted shredding a head of cabbage the other night. It worked, but... it took a LOT of arm strength to do this and I ended up having to have my husband help me out. I was getting the job done but was taking forever. When he took over it went much faster however a lot of the cabbage landed on the island around the unit, on the floor, etc... not just in the container. I just wish it would've handled the job a little better. But... it still did the job and the majority landed in the glass container so I'm not complaining too much. Just wanted to give the heads up. We haven't tried any of the other blades yet, but looking forward to giving them a go. Especially curious about the spiralizer as I have an actual spiralizer that I'm not in love with. Curious to see whether this attachment will work any better.

Great little chopper. It’s easy to clean. I love the ‘push out’ features which cleans the stuck pieces between the steel blades. It’s small enough that I leave it on the counter. It is dishwasher safe though I never use the dishwasher to clean my cooking/baking tools.

This is a GAME CHANGER! I am NOT a kitchen gadget person by any means. But this baby, is one of my favorite things in my kitchen. It saves me so much time when I meal prep. It's easy to use, clean and store, I have the spare parts in a small plastic container and I just set the chopper on top of it. It's a good stress reliever too, it feels really good to smack the lid down and chop veggies. Having said that, it is loud so don't use it while people or your toddler are napping because it will wake them up. After chopping the veggies they are easy to dump out.

Got this when it was on sale. This product is great! I got rid of 4 items in my kitchen because this has everything you need in one! Would buy for full price. Good size and blades are super sharp

This food chopper is my favorite purchase this year thus far! It makes meal prep so easy, and it cuts chopping time by 99% easily! The design is great, it fits in small spaces and there are several blade styles and sizes included. It’s also super easy to clean. I already love cooking, but some days I don’t have time to chop up veggies. This makes life so easy especially if you have several hungry mouths to feed who are also very impatient! Highly recommend this brand, and honestly believe this should be a kitchen staple in everyone’s home!
