Rubbish and has a burning scent when using
This product we have so many issues with. It is very noisy, the whole table shakes when it is mixing. There is a burning motor smell each time it mixes. We kept seeing light sparks from under the machine. Each time the motor spins the sparks got larger in size and I would turn the device off. This is for example selecting the 15 minute option. Save your money by either mixing the dough yourself or purchase a bread maker. I had a bread maker and began using that and left this device, really I should have sent it back immediately but didn't, then the bread maker broke down after 10 years. I thought I would try and use this again, big mistake. Product is rubbish!!!!

Bear dough maker
I bought this product thinking as I live in the uk it would be wired for our electrical system, but when it came with Americans plug it was useless, please be aware that if you send it back which I did you will have to pay for the postage which is expensive.

Looks nice but....
Not suitable for use in the UK without a transformer.

I bought this little machine two years ago when my bread machine died and I realized I only used it for mixing and proofing dough anyways. It has a much larger capacity than a standard bread machine, the paddle is larger, and the proofing temp is lower, so you don't end up with partially cooked or dried pieces. I just throw the ingredients inside in any order and hit mix and come back in a few to find a lovely dough ball. Some of the things I love about this machine are: * It's easy to pull in and out of the cabinet (I store the mixing bowl and base separately). * It's easy to wash * It's easy to pause and add something you forgot * Compared to a bread machine and its settings, it's easy to change the times, start over, etc. * because it stirs from the bottom, no crumbs are left behind * the capacity seems just right for most home baking projects Here are the things I don't like: * the mix cycle is loud and annoying (although we are all used to it by now) Because it's so easy to use and clean, I found myself using it for non-bread projects, too, like mixing pasta dough or brownie mixes. Today, I was cleaning my kitchen and realized my KitchenAid mixer, which I used to use all the time (I have the Professional model) was covered in dust. I had to admit to myself that I just don't use it anymore because I'm always pulling out this little machine instead. So now the KitchenAid is going in the pantry to free up some counter space.

It's great dough making machine.I mostly use it to make chapati/roti dough..I like the size, it's best for small families. I bought it for size, but I think it's too expensive. Nonetheless does job perfectly each time and this is the only product that has steel/metal Blade along with the steel bowl. Other product of such size has plastic attachment over the blade like the joydeem one.

Me encantó...
