Took a bit of time to put together since it came in a lot of pieces, but it was fairly simple to put together. It seems a bit more narrow in person than it does in the product picture. Its soft and seems sturdy though I wish the base was maybe a bit more weighted, when my cat starts going crazy on the little dangling ball I can see it kind of wobble, which honestly might have more to do with the uneven floors of my apartment and having his 10lbs losing it on one side of the cat tree. He loves the height of the top perch and thats where he spends most of his time. My cat seems very happy with this purchase and he seemed more interested in the tree than the box it came in and that's a big compliment from a cat.

Our 15 lb cat absolutely loves this tower(which is really the acid test). The unit is sturdy, and, as advertised, has many levels. There are two “beds” both of which our cat uses. Her favorite spot is the very top where she keeps an eye on all of the human activities taking place below. The unit itself is nearly 7 feet tall. The unit, as I said, is very sturdy. It was delivered promptly, and the assembly instructions were clear. Excellent value.

It is very sturdy. Great for my “fluffier” cats. A lot of room on the multiple sleeping areas.

We have two senior cats (one 10 pounds and one 15 pounds). They don’t go on this tower as they are too big. Previous reviews are accurate that the base is small for what this is and you could not have heavier cats jump onto it. You would have to attach it to the wall. We adopted two kittens who play on this. I included a picture of my little guy at 4 months and laying down at 5 months. You can see how small the levels are. Also, my senior cat would have a hard time getting from the lower hut to the platform above since there aren’t any gaps to jump up without climbing. The platform above is the same depth as the hut. It is easy to put together with detailed instructions; a lot of pieces. Took the 2 of us about 45 minutes. For the $$ I wish all of my fur babies could use this.

This tower rocks. Cats love it. Super tall. We were missing one of the cushions and reached out to the company and they are sending the replacement. Easy great communication. If you want a big cat tree for a great price. Buy this one.

This cat tree is absolutely amazing it is the perfect size for our two 15 lb cats. The platforms are plenty wide for both 15 lb cats to sit together. The fabric is really soft. It went together perfectly fine it took maybe 25-30 minutes to put together with the second person. It is very stable and sturdy but ours is supported by the back of our couch. We just got it yesterday so I haven't gotten a chance to see the cats run into it to see if it falls over but my two cats approve two claws up. Very tall too unit. Luckily my helper was 6 foot tall to help finish putting it together. If it was just me I definitely would've needed a ladder to finish putting it together. And yes these are two 15 POUND cats! It did have a smell once opened but it went away by this morning.

Perfect for my adult cats! Enough tall perches so that everyone can have a spot. I have four adult cats (one not pictured) all 10 pounds or more and two kittens that have all had good use of this tree since putting it up two days ago. My biggest cat (13lbs) is pictured in the side hammock thing. Definitely durable!

I appreciate the color, fabric quality, and how easy this was to assemble. However, this product is not suitable for larger cats, which was disappointing and not clearly reflected in my experience using it. I am only keeping it because I have several smaller cats who can still use it, and returning it would be more trouble than it’s worth. Additionally, one of the cat beds arrived with a tear in the cover, which further affected my overall satisfaction. While the design has some positives, the sizing and quality control issues make it difficult to fully recommend.
