It does a decent job
Does it relieve all of my sciatic pain? No, but it surely helps a lot! I definitely noticed a difference at the end of the day when I take it off. I want to put it right back on! The only thing is, I wish the writing on it wasn't so bright and bold. It's like a walking advertisement for the brand. I got a bold black sharpie and colored over it. It's still visible, but not as bright. I'm seriously considering buying another to keep in my car for those middle aged forgetful days.

does not work!!!!
Used for 3 days no relief from pain cuff slips off when walking no matter how tight you get it tried several times with no results does not work as advertised sciatica pain no change. stretching ice and heat has only provided any relief. Do not recommend waste of MONEY!!

Would suggest!
I truly belive this would have worked if my legs weren’t so tiny. Based on other reviews people have had success. Quality: good Comfort: good Functionality: good Fit: to bug my my leg Ease of use: easy

Hurts a bit after repeated use
This brace has helped reduce my sciatic issues, but after continued use it starts to hurt. I have followed their guidelines on length of use, but after a couple of days in a row using it a few times a day for about 2 hours, the spots where the nubs press on your skin start to hurt a bit. Pros: - value, price is just right I think - reversible use, right or left leg - relief of sciatic discomfort - fit and comfort while walking Cons: - pain after repeated or continued use - can be difficult to sit or bend your knee if you have it too far up or too tight Overall, I like the brace and I’ll continue to use it. The cons will likely exist for other similar braces, so I don’t imagine other options would eliminate those problems.

Actually works
Pretty incredible. I’m very active and noticed quite often during jujutsu, my sciatica would start to hurt. Then it started to hurt in bed sometimes. Anytime I would straighten out my leg. Sometime it hurt when I would drive. I wore this thing for about three days and immediately the pain reduced and then went away.

Only use for short duration
I wore this brace for 8 hours at my job and it put a 1 inch blister on my leg where the button was on the back. I am a diabetic and had to use a cream to heal it. That happen two weeks ago. I like the brace but I heal slowly.
