Awesome product.

Positives first:1. Primary reason I purchased it was to power external hard disks connected using a powered USB hub. While there are smaller devices in the market for this purpose, they come with a bunch of different power connector types, making it hard to determine if they'll fit my powered USB hub. This one's generic power plugs remove the need to make this choice. And I'm happy to report this UPS doesn't switch off because of low load even if _only_ powered USB hub is connected, not even when there is no hard disk connected to hub.2. While the UPS does make a loud sound when it's powered on, it does not make a constant whine if mains powered is switched off & it switches to battery mode. It's manual does say it will make noise when battery is running low, but there is no noise issue for normal use.Now negatives:1. When I opened the box, there was a card with QR code. I'm expected to scan this card in browser to read the URL where the manual is located! I would have much better liked if they had printed the text URL of manual on the card too; I don't like opaque URLs that can determined only after browser scans them.2. Output power sockets at the back of the device are too closely packed together, making the neighboring plugs physically come in the way of each other. For the moment, I only have two devices connected leaving the middle socket empty, but I dread the day when I decide have to plug in the 3rd device. I wish these sockets were slightly more spaced out.3. For me, the cord turned out to be ok because I had a wall plug next to table. But I can see how it will be too small for many.

I am writing this review after using it for nearly six months.I have plugged my PS4, TV, wifi Router.It is working like a charm, till it has never ran out of the battery ever, even when there is no light for nearly 2 to 3 hours. it gives a powerful backup.

It doesn't work it turns off onvmce the light goes off,, i purchased it for preventing damage to my tv and ps5 but this is useless product 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎, if there is option of giving it no.star i would have selected that option, I can't even return it now 🤬

Used for cctv with 4 cams, after 1 year backup reduced. Now Nov 2024, nil backup.

I brought this UPS only for my router.Didn't want to buy the router UPS as I have a modem and router seperately and that will require 2 router UPS.This one came with 3 output plugs and it was easy to connect both my router and modem to the UPS and turn it on.The backup is really good. It gave me backup time of more than 4 hours with my router and modem connected to it.

Product is good but when I received packing was open ,not satisfied about packing. Like some one open before delivered.

Working just fine I've been using it for almost one year now at first they sent a damaged one so put it for replacement then the second time it's good. You can go for it for gaming pc it gives 20 to 15 minutes of backup so be mindfull of that.
