I’m working out a lot lately and training for a Marathon. I take creatine before and after my workouts. It’s a defo must.

I ordered 2 packs of this brand because my favorite brand was out of stock. Out of 2, 1 jar was completely unusable because it was all stuck in one brick. The other one was fluffy powder as expected. Very disappointing and I just can’t trust the effectiveness of this brand. As we know creatine degrades with humidity and loses it’s potency once mixed or exposed to humidity.

Upon receiving, I first tested mixing it with my favorite morning beverage (pineapple juice). I used a clear cup to see how well the creatine dissolves, and it absolutely mixed in the juice effortlessly leaving no residue behind! Odorless, and tasteless I was sold!, as other brands can sometimes have a chalky aftertaste. Simple Ingredient. I will update after my loading phase, which I feel safe doing because of the quality of this product. I was weary to do a load phase with other companies of the potential side effects of cramps. This powder is seriously a game changer! I highly recommend!

this is the only creatine I've had actually instantly dissolve. literally. the texture is like powdered sugar! as such, I've added to shaker bottles w/ pre workout, hot coffee, cold brew, protein shakes, and even mixed it into some coconut cult. all dissolved, no grit, no taste, SUPER happy. will update review on actual gains, but for now - very pleased so far.

I use it twice a day and it has helped me a lot to define and increase muscle mass.

I just love this brand. Ingredients are clean and minimal, price point is great. This product works great, and I mix it with their hydrate series! Thanks for a great line of products!
