This worked great. Easy to use and had my nespresso up and running in no time !

I love my Vertuo Nespresso machine. It is well designed and manufactured. Accordingly, I decided I needed to stick with the Nespresso de-scaling solution. Surprisingly the kit did not include the instructions on how to actually put the machine into the built-in de-scale mode...it is a checklist of at least 11 steps, so you need the instructions. I did easily download them from the Nespresso web site.Followed the instructions, and everything worked great. No steaming or funny smells from the machine like I am normally used to when I de-scale another brand of coffee maker. This stuff seemed to work, as expected. Comes with two packages, enough to get you through 600 capsules.

My brother in law got it for us to descale the nespresso, worked well had to run it several times for it to come out fully clear.

Not sure if I'll purchase again but is easy to use

It does what it supposed to do and I’m very happy with results!!

It is not a easy process to learn how to descale the unit
