Nature Made Super Vitamin B-Complex + Vitamin C Tablets, 360 ct

I decided to start taking a B-complex vitamin after reading about the potential benefits of one - all of the symptoms that can be alleviated by it were symptoms I had, like moodiness, insomnia, low energy, mild depression-type symptoms, decreased concentration and memory, etc. I had chalked these up to having a toddler with irregular sleep patterns, but in retrospect I've had these symptoms for a long time and never could find what the underlying cause was, even with good sleep hygiene, good diet, exercise, etc. I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in those when I started taking this supplement. I can definitely tell if I miss a dose. I take one tablet first thing in the morning, and I have tons of energy all day long and don't feel completely wiped out after work like I used to. I've never been a "morning person" and have always had a really long lag time before I feel like I'm totally awake...not any more! That's just amazing to me. I don't even really need my morning coffee in the morning! I'm quite pleased that it worked for me. I chose Nature Made as I have had good luck with their other supplements (folic acid, iron, vitamin C), in particular the iron supplement. It doesn't upset my stomach or cause an GI issues as is common with iron. B-complex supplements can cause nausea and stomach upset if taken on a empty stomach, but I have not had that experience with this supplement. I The only negatives are that they smell a little strange (what vitamin doesn't, though?) and they turn your pee fluorescent yellow - but a) no one else sees your pee, and b) it happens because they are water soluble and the body excretes any excess that it doesn't need. It's impossible to get too much B-complex when taken orally because of that. The pills are small, so you don't have to choke down some giant horse pill every day. I also like the flip top cap on Nature Made products - so while the lids are NOT child-proof (so keep them out of reach of little ones!), they are convenient for something that is used every day. The caps are easy to open and close with a satisfying click. This size bottle will last a year, too - so great value for the price.

I just got my shipment in today. Yippie! I popped one of these in my mouth, chewed it up, and swallowed it. Don't do that. It was gross. So yeah, next time I will be taking it with my homemade juice or water (also homemade). I've got a ton of energy right now, and I'm thinking really clearly, and I feel great, and I can see through walls now, and... okay, maybe not that last one, but I can tell that this dietary supplement is just what the doctor ordered! Uh, that is if doctors were to do anything besides give drugs to people. I do not eat meat, so I only get B vitamins from nutritional yeast and the occasional energy drink, particularly V6 Blend +Energy or Maroon Steer (I did not know if I could legally say V8 Fusion +Energy or Red Bull, so I changed the names so I couldn't get sued). Anyway, I will be buying this from now on! If you are considering buying this, the FDA says, "Do it now!" Actually, they don't... officially, but they really should.... Pros: No artificial colors or flavors No Preservatives No yeast, starch, or gluten Includes Vitamin C Makes doctors angry that you are taking it and not medication Cons: Tastes horrible if you chew it up like I did The FDA has a stupid blurb on the bottom about how they don't know if vitamin C is good for you or not Seriously, the FDA still cannot comment on vitamin C What is the FDA even good for?

Have taken it two years before, it's good. This brand is reliable.

This is a great B-Complex product. The price is right, and the quality is great! I have taken several different forms of B-Complex vitamins and these ones DON'T give me a stomach ache and they don't get stuck in my throat! I like that they aren't gell capsules and that they easily disintegrate in water- like they will be doing in your stomach and not causing issues. I have a very sensitive stomach and I am very prone to acid reflux and heartburn... I have not experienced any of these with these supplements! They have been great, and you can buy them in this value size of 360 for a very great price and so you'll have them on hand for awhile! I also saved extra by signing up for the "Subscribe & Save" program, so they are automatically shipped to me every six months, and in case I don't need them in six months, I can cancel if I need to!

I take a Super B every day. Before I started, I felt a bit run down, with low energy and a certain... crabbiness. My doctor recommended B for a mood and energy boost, and it certainly has worked for me. It took about a week of daily use, and I started noticing I woke up with more energy and that energy lasted me longer into my day. I also feel it really does help with the crabbiness. It might just be that I'm not so tired any more, but overall I feel much better. I've looked for this at my local household store and here, and with subscribe and save this was the better price by a few dollars. The price fluctuates at times, but normally if I check back in a day or two the price goes back down. Definitely happy with the purchase!
