good hammer y'all
Better to have the magnetic one versus the non-magnetic one. Those darned tiny tacks for reupholstering get all over. And given the fact that you WILL be hammering your fingers a little bit, you may as well make one aspect easier- picking up one at a time after you knock over the jar of teeensy tiny nails. Do yourself a favor- get some beers or G&T ready. This work is s tedious as it is rewarding.= good hammer.

... that would work just as well but I definitely like how light it is
Works really well I didn’t try my hammer to see if that would work just as well but I definitely like how light it is . Great design so looks really nice , definitely would recommend.

Nice hammer. Not heavy
Nice hammer. Not heavy, does what it is suppose to. Well made and nice price. I like the magnetic end, does help when working on a project. Would purchase again and recommend this to anyone needing to do some upholstery work.

A great little hammer
Like everyone else, I gotta say this is a great little hammer. The magnetic end is handy. It has enough force to pick up and set the tack, but releases the tack without a fight. The balance is excellent; spinning the hammer from "set" to "pound" just feels right, and the shaft's length and diameter feel just right, too. Made me feel like a pro even though I am not!

Useful tool
I spent $9.63 on this, and oh boy, was it worth it. I have used it for various projects with upholstery nails/ tacks... nailing them into the facing of my sink ( picture attached) onto molding, onto large mirrored frames for accents, nailing them onto doors, etc., It has prevented me from wasting tacks by either bending them or making marks on them on my various projects...I bought the smallest size, and it was definitely worth less than ten bucks!!!

Works perfect
Item received exactly as pictured. I tried to put in the tacks with a regular hammer and just ended up hammering my fingers. This little puppy came in the mail and before I knew it the entire piece of furniture was re-covered with new fabric and pretty new tacks. The head of the hammer fit exactly through my fingers and made the job easy. Would recommend.

Well worth it...
Bought for my new home "staging" project....decided to tackle an ottoman and used large upholstery tacks and the hammer worked perfectly! I was a little skeptical at first thinking it was just a waste of money surely a hammer would work....boy was I wrong....if I had used a regular hammer my tacks would have bent and money down the drain! Glad I made the wise choice and now have it for all those future home jobs.
